As the other reviews have stated; this hotel is indeed HUGE. We actually went and purchased a family day pass to use the facilities. It was worthwhile to use the slides and pools etc. Don't know that I will do it again but was worth it once. We were staying in a beautiful gated condo complex down the road with...

This is the 4th time I have stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa and it won't be the last! I've been 3 times in the Ocean Towers and this last trip in the Palace (WOW!! 7th floor, ocean view...doesn't get much better than this! However, my goal is to stay in the Lagune Tower!!). Anyway, this is one of those incredible...

Aloha Corie C, We're absolutely delighted to hear that you had such a wonderful stay with us and that you enjoyed the new Palace Tower accommodations. You definitely will need to check out the Makai at Lagoon Tower experience on your next visit, too. It's terrific that you had a chance to explore the trails at the resort and that...

My wife and I have traveled all over the world and feel that this is one of the nicest hotels that we've lived in. The rooms are ordinary but the hotel property is simply beautiful. Wonderful to visit with young children. There is plenty of Asian art all over property - almost like a small museum. Has a man made...

This is a very nice place. We enjoyed the lagoon as the ocean was very rough. We did have a couple of issues. First in the Palace towers there was piped music 24/7. I could hear it in our room. It was very annoying. Finally had to complain and it did get turned off. But why play music in the...

So the size of this property is ridiculous. If you've ever been on a cruise, it has a similar feel. The property is enormous. To get from the lobby to your room is about a block or two walk, a train ride or a boat ride. Very clean, but so huge. Food was very expensive, as is typical of Hawaii....

Stayed as part of a large convention group in the Makai Tower which I believe is one of the better accommodations (?) The room was okay, large, nice walk-in shower (no bath), the bed was comfy. But... somehow, it was a bit soulless, too, you can see furnishings are fairly poor quality and not really stylish, the carpet was worn,...

We spent 2 nights years ago and it was absolutely breathtaking! The views and the pool area were fantastic. The food was good but pricey which is to be expected at a location like this. There was a shuttle offered to the little shopping area down the road from the resort that was convenient.

Being able to snorkel a few minutes after waking up and seeing so many fish, sea turtles and eels without leaving the comfort of the Hilton is incredible. The resort is huge and you think you will walk forever but truthfully you can get to one side of the resort to other side in under 15 minutes. And with the...

This hotel is under construction! The Ocean Tower is under construction. They are converting it to time shares. The building has already been sold to Hilton Grand Vacations and they are currently creating a model unit and offices. The rooms affected by this project would be anything on the 5th floor from about room 5045 to 5060. Room 5052 is...

Pros : This was the first trip to Hawaii. Hilton Waikoloa village gave us a great resort experience. It was very huge and so many things to do inside. People with kids would have a great time with so many slides and pools inside. We could not spend so much time in the resort , so we think of going...
