We spent a nice long afternoon and evening before our very late flight home. Yes, it's a bit of a splurge to do so, but where else can you go for a swim, some sun, a delicious meal, watch the dolphins, and join everyone for that last Hawaiian sunset. We got a view of the island and the water from...

This is our first time in Big Island & first time at this hotel. I must tell you, at first it seems overwhelming but we were actually able to walk the whole entire resorts' which was really fun and amazing to see all the art, sculptures and all the artifacts. I'm usually the type to go lay in the beach...

I think for some reason I have reviewed as Wiakoloa Beach Resort as it does show pictures of the Hilton property. This is where I've stayed both trips. First in the Ocean Tower, then the Palace Tower this past trip. Again the best HGV Concierge staff at the property was still there. Altanta Mike, Cindy, and Jerry will book any...

Have stayed here often and it feels like they just don't care anymore. Time-share seems to be their direction and it DRAMATICALLY affects the experience! Everything from number and quality of in the boat canal (method of transportation to rooms) to removing and cutting back to many of the beautiful plants on the grounds. Very disappointing for our anniversary trip....

Plenty of options onsite for every family member to experience something of interest and at the same time allow couples the opportunities to get away and explore the Hawaiian atmosphere. I would recommend several nights stay to explore all areas of the property.

Let me start off by saying the reviews that say the resort is huge and to be prepared to do lots of walking are correct! The first couple days I kept thinking it was no big deal but after the 3rd day of walking all over the resort it became a little frustrating. Yes, there is a monorail and a...

This property is gorgeous and provides everything you need. There are two shopping areas that are a short trolley ride, or walkable distance from the hotel. There are pools, a lagoon, toys, slides, luau, restaurants, etc on the property. It is a lot of walking and a little pricey, but as long as you are prepared to walk and spend...

Everyone was incredibly helpful as soon as we walked in the resort, starting with the valet to the baggage service, the front desk to the pool staff! We had an ocean view room with an amazing view! The restaurant options and wait staff were great, although it was a bit expensive. The only wish we had was that there were...

We stayed at Hilton Waikaloa Village on The Big Island for 5 days with our 2 teenage kids. It is a very large and beautiful facility. I am a Diamond Hilton Honors member and always stay in Hilton properties. This one had some issues that would make me not stay here again. To get to your room is a very...

Not much to say, the food was terrible at their restaurants, we ate at the Mexican restaurant and the burrito had very little meat, and tasted like it had been made the day before and heated in a microwave. Our room smelled of urine, like the room above us had a leaking toilet. We left for the day, and returned...
