The Hilton Waikoloa is a wonderful place to stay. There's several pools throughout the resort, a huge water slide, a lagoon where you can paddle board with sea turtles, and a dolphin enclosure where you can interact with the dolphins. My ten year old loves the breakfast buffet, and we always make reservations at Kamuela Provincial Company for dinner overlooking... More

I rented a condo in Waikoloa, but needed a place to crash before my flight left that evening. I booked a "day room" at the Hilton WIkoloa, which provided me with a double queen and all of the resort's amenities until 6PM. As a HHonors Diamond member, they provided me with a complimentary upgrade to a room in the Palace... More

The hotel is perfect for a family stay during the vacation. Ocean tower has nice view and lagoon tower has better location. Kids enjoy the train and boat service very much. Definitely, I will be back in future.

Beautiful hotel and location, beast of a room. Needs refurbishing. I think it's the same room as when built:( but, clean and comfortable. The grounds and pools and staff...excellent. Food is way over priced everywhere on the island and not the best. We live in Seattle and we're spoiled by GREAT food.

Great resort. There's lots of restaurants to fit everyone's budget. Loved the tram and the boat to get around the resort. Enjoyed the hammock and lounge chairs near the Buddha statue. Great place to relax. The pool was very cold, but the water slide was still a lot of fun. Overall, a great experience!

This is a beautiful facility, and among other things, you can feel that you're walking through an art gallery. I think it would be a fantastic place with children if affordable for you, given all the different pools and variety of activities. As a couple, we enjoyed it a little less and unfortunately our first room -- GREAT room on... More

Beautiful resort, plenty to do for families and singles and couples. Very clean grounds, pools galore so you never have to stay in a crowded pool. They also have an adults only pool. My favorite part is the Buddha point with the hammock and chairs. Bliss. Also, at around 530pm they do a run around the resort lighting the tiki... More

My wife and I spent a week at an affiliated Hilton property (King's Land) and had the opportunity to spend some time at nearby Waikoloa Village. As a matter of fact we ended up spending a great deal of time there and flat out fell in love with the place. The facility is magnificent with miles of walkways surrounded by... More

What a fantastic place. Let me start with the not so hot. We were greeted with a sales pitch to upgrade our room to the Makai rooms, which were closer to the gym and main pool. At first the price was $40 upgrade and then after we declined, it went down to $30. Why do I need to upgrade to... More
