Aloha skitjski, We apologize for any misunderstanding that may have accrued during your follow up regarding your stay. Based on your review it appears you may have not actually stayed at our Resort yet. That being said I have confirmed with all of our reservation team the policy for refunds on pre paid bookings and it would be our pleasure to address the issue directly with you. In addition we have no construction taking place on property and have not had any since the transition to the Princeville Resort. I would personally like to offer my assistance in rectifying your stay or future stay with us. I look forward to hearing from you, please contact me at fallen@princevilleresorthawaii.com Mahalo, F Allen

The water was cold so not sure if they even heat it .. but probably not as it is usually nice to get into a cool pool depending on when you are there ..

Casual, everyone really was wearing whatever they were comfortable in. Jacket not needed for restaurants for men and since it is hot there in the summer months really anything that is breathable

I took my 13 year old daughter to Hawaiian Surf Adventures about 10 minutes from the St. Regis. They use the small waves in the bay and also do lesson further out of needed. We paid $150 for and hour and a half lesson. Enjoy your vacation!
