We stayed 10 nights in Plantation Village with our 3 children. We had paid 50% on making the booking and then 50% on arrival at the office (before we saw our actual accomodation) had we not already paid we would have left after seeing our ‘cottage’. The place was filthy with

Horrible place, shockingly dirty! Mud and dirt everywhere in the room and sheets not clean. Management didn’t want to know. Way better on air bnb or the street... literally the worst place across the island or the mainland I’ve ever stayed! 0/5

We paid extra to stay in a cabin with 4 private rooms rather than bunk beds and a communal bathroom and kitchen. For $100 a night, I did expect slightly more -- like curtains for privacy; a rack or pegs to hang up towlels and the like; AC for the humidity; and a toilet with a

Aloha sorry for your experience. There should have been curtains in your room we would have been happy to get those up for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As far as the toilet and sink being separate yes that could be annoying. The cabins were built as they are and are grandfathered in that way. We cant change the layout of the building. The purell dispenser is actually a fantastic idea. Glad that overall you enjoyed The North Shore and the location. Mahalo!

This place was a real value for money! My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was a basic small room part of a plantation style house but it was decked out with a fully stocked kitchen, lounge, balcony. Rooms had locks. Bathroom was shared so may need to consider this if

Mahalo for your review guys! Glad you enjoyed your time here and hope you come back. Good call using the natural AC of the ocean haha. Each room should have a standing fan, hopefully that was the case for you guys. That usually does the trick:)

No space for our belongings and a tight squeeze in the room. Very plain and ugly as you can see.
We think the room may have had pegs to hang towels at one point in time, but obviously not fixed or replaced.
