Here's what you need to know....as long as they're toilet trained, you need to bring them to Auntie's House at least once. It's free (they have special programs that cost money but that's separate) and it's open from 9am to 9pm, and yes you will have time to yourself and not know what to do with it, but best of...

What a beautiful resort! It's great because it's away from the hustle and bustle of Oahu. That's also a negative though because when you want to go to Pearl Harbor and into the city, the traffic is ridiculous. This resort though is great place to relax whether you're a family or a couple. The pools are wonderful - especially the...

We stayed 5 nights at Aulani Disney Resort with our 3-year-old. Certainly, this is a happy place with big smiles everywhere. Aulani is a very beautiful, busy, well-managed place kids-oriented place. If you don’t like children you may want to consider another place. Staff at Aulani are friendly and kids oriented. Everything seems to be bilingual English/Japanese and for good...

After reading the reviews on this site, I was concerned about a quite a few things: lack of pool chairs, poor food quality and high food prices along with a standard Hawaiian hotel with Disney's name stuck on it. I'm happy to say that we didn't experience any of these. My family and I are experienced travelers and we've traveled...

Great for families. Chill at the numerous pools. Service excellent. Good food especially the pizzas at Ulu cafe. Kids and big kids at heart loved seeing the characters. Character breakfast is a must if you have little ones. Snorkelling off the beach and in the resort is also a must do.

This property is perfect for kids in the 5 to 12 year range. There are enough activities on the property to keep kids in this range happy for days. I have only stayed in the 2 bedroom villas, and while these are not as large as some of the other villas in Ko Olina, they are comfortable. Food prices are...

My family stayed here earlier this month in a 1 BR villa. We enjoyed our stay, but very disappointed that the Menehune Bridge (water park/playground area) was closed. The villa was spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased. Aulani can be very active and stimulating versus relaxing and quiet. We did enjoy the lazy river, Aunty's Beach House and the...

This was my first time visiting a Disney Resort outside of the mainland. From the moment you walk into the resort, you are stunned with the view. We stayed in a 1 BR, which was able to sleep 3 adults and 2 kids. The room had a queen bed, a pull out sofa bed, and a toddler bed which pulls...

As other recent reviewers have commented, we were really disappointed that the children's outdoor play area (the Menehune Bridge play area) was closed the duration of our visit, with no warning or apologies. We were traveling with a 5 and 2 year old. The 5 year old enjoyed the lazy river and all the other pools, but our younger child...

First, we're DVC members and we stayed at a villa. It was like a being in a condo. Compared to the resorts in Walt Disney World it was huge. The pool area is amazing. It has a lazy river, two hot tubs, two heated infinity pools for adults, an infinity pool for families, a big pool, two water slides and...
