This is a nice building located away from it all with a spectacular beach front location and ocean view. The pool is an ok size and the rooms are fairly quiet inside. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. We would consider staying in this building again, but would under no circumstances consider renting from the owners of unit 505.... More

I have never stayed at the Hawaiian Princess However; I have worked at a local resort that sorry to say is now closed, the Makaha Resort and golf club. I presently sharpen knives at the Farmers Market behind Pizza hut in Waianae. In my 10 years living at Makaha Surfside in Waianae (Google it) I have never heard a negative... More

Located an hour West of Honolulu this popular resort has all the usual amenities. Your room, single or double bedroom is a fully funtioning Condo with AC. The veaches are not crowded, security is good. Located just outside of Wainae (pronounced Why and I) it is a town with some very good local eateries. Most notably Hannara's and Aloha Poke.... More

It's October 2016 and we are just finishing our first trip to Hawaii! Simply Amazing! We chose the Hawaiian Princess because of the beach location. This building is almost in the ocean - you can't get any place much closer to the beach! You walk out of the building onto the sand. It's that incredible. Lots of sun and sand... More

This unit was nicely decorated and had a wonderful oceanfront view. It does have air conditioning which was necessary although it did not work very well. The bedroom was a little cramped and a queen size bed would have helped. The king just was too large for the room. Bathroom was a little tight however manageable. The kitchen and living... More

Great hidden place. Renovation is underway for improvement. Private beautiful beaches. Very secured and the guards are always alert. Great vacation spot for relaxation, chill, and rest. Not for the adventurous vacationers because driving to and from the location can be hectic with traffic.

Each unit has a view of the ocean. We spent much of our time on the small patio watching the water, the people in the water, fisherman and the people on top of the hill above us. We did swim and play in the ocean though this was a week of relaxation for us. We could see turtles in the... More

I've been an owner since 1981, so I may be biased. I love this side of O'ahu. The Leeward coast is very important to me. It has the largest population of Hawaiians, and other Pacific Islanders, that any other area of our Aloha State. Many visitors may not prefer the simple life that exists there. It is a long way...
