The Castro
A flourishing commercial area that acts as San Francisco's LGBT community center and cultural heart, the Castro is a neighbourhood welcome to everyone. As one of the first predominantly LGBT neighbourhoods in the United States and currently its largest, it remains one of the epicenters of activism in the nation. Grand theatres and glitzy shops now compete with bars and fashionable eateries for attention, drawing visitors from around the world to the bright rainbow flag acting as its beacon.

I would agree with WaterBrid. Call the staff who are very accommodating and explain that it's for your honeymoon. I enjoyed my stay there because of the beautiful building , friendly staff and location with plenty of interesting small restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good too.

You can park at the guest house's secure parking for around $25 per night if I remember correctly. Book in advance though. Not sure what safety is like for the on street parking.

That price is for a parking space. No such price is available for a room. Best room prices are found on our website. We are offering a winter mid-week promotion for stays up through March 21st. We have a very popular property and hope you will book with us. Thanks.

"All rooms seem great, however the quieter rooms are towards the back of the property."
"Higher floors have better view"
"Rooms at the back are quieter than those at the front. Some rooms are en suite and some are shared bathrooms."
