Great and easy communication with Wyatt. Lots of great info on the area before we arrived. Keep in mind that this is a self catering, no staff on hand apartment. You're sent a code and instructions before arrival. We stayed in the Carriage House for 4 nights. Large 1 bedroom apartment, with full kitchen, lounge, dining area and wall bed... More

I stayed in the studio (4058) and it was excellent. From booking all the information was emailed to me as to location and getting access etc and Late check out was arranged too. A beautiful well designed studio in the heart of the city at Castro and Market so ideally located. Lovely living area and kitchen with all modern equipment... More

We stayed at this lovely place for 6 days, the first 3 nights at the carriage house (superb full size apartment, recently renovated with the most gorgeous high ceiling, furniture, decoration and view, and the carriage plus, a large one bedroom, very cozy and romantic but a bit humid. The last 3 in the larger main house at 4062 facing... More

We spent 5 days in the Carriage House of Casa Luna and can't praise it enough. It was spacious, beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean. It's location is perfect for accessing all of downtown and we loved Castro which has some brilliant restaurants. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

Casa Luna was gorgeous and exactly as pictured on this website and their video on the Casa Luna website. We stayed in the Garden Apt., which is the first floor of the house (#4060.) It was beautiful -- hardwood floors, comfy beds, lovely little garden, gorgeous kitchen with every amenity you could think of...for those of you who cook, lol.... More

We cannot say enough great things about the Vista apt at Casa Luna. The apartment was beautiful with fantastic views, a roomy kitchen, nice living space, comfortable beds, and 2 spa-like bathrooms with delicious shampoos and soaps. The entire family - parents and 3 kids ages 5-15 - loved having it as our home base. The location was amazing -... More

This was one of our best stays in America. Its not cheap but the property is really homely and worth the money. Handy to the trolley carts and supermarkets. I would high recommend a stay here. Gives a great vibe to the style of living in San Fran

We stayed at the Carriage house 1 bedroom apartment which is on the second floor. Flat is in very good condition and of Moroccan/ Asian design. Flat has big windows and is very bright. Major asset of this flat is its 2 terraces - one at the entrance facing the sun and second at the back of the apartment which... More

The location of casa Luna is perfect. Easy walking distance into Castro and with the muni station and f line stops very close by. We stayed in The Studio for eight nights. This is the basement apartment which has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. There were three criticisms though. The first and main one was the... More

I'm so sorry the noise disrupted your stay. Our next door neighbor did a major renovation and the noise disturbed our guests. That renovation has been completed and we are once again back to the quiet of the neighborhood. More

As a family of 4 mid way through a 2 week holiday we spent 3 nights here and it was all that we needed and regroup after being in hotels. EVERYTHING we could've needed had been thought of and was available. The property was beautifully presented. We made home cooked meals and relaxed through the expanse of this gorgeous home.... More
