Staff was wonderful, gave us a very nice quiet room, room was very nice, clean, nice bed with choice of pillows, Hotel was in excellent condition, Concierge arranged a tour for us very easily. Internet access was great in room, even though it is not Wi-Fi, they provide the cable. We stayed for three nights and overall was a wonderful...

We love this place. Breakfast is decent and included in the cost. Staff were awesome with cleaning and the concierge let us park in the drive way for 20 mins until we could return the car. $30 for overnight parking is steep but thanks to other reviews on here we knew to not use the valet services. Walgreens is close...

The accommodation itself was perfectly fine, standard Holiday Inn. I was first given a dark room at the back, my request for another room was given without fuss. So my room was big, two beds, great shower and view of the SF skyline. BUT as with other reviews the breakfast was horrible, greasy and carby. Horrible looking burgers, horrible bacon,...

Hotel is in a good location with Fisherman's Wharf on your doorstep. Ask for a room facing inwards because the others are very noisy. The rooms at very small. From the photos the mini suites look like they can comfortable sleep 4 but they are too small. The sleeper couch couldn't even fold out. After moving the beds around a...

The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was rather small and it would have been nice if the sink was outside the toilet/shower area. One of the elevators wasn't working the weekend we were there so we used the stairs the majority of the time which sucked dragging luggage down them. We enjoyed the breakfast and it is...

Room clean and comfortable and a good size. Staff helpful. Breakfast disappointing given other comments made but was sufficient - the coffee was very weak though which for The States is very unusual. Location is central for the piers, cable cars and tours. Getting around is easy though as transport is good and anyway if you are up for a...

We were at Fisherman's Wharf, the last december and stayed at the Holiday In Express. The experience was very good. The rooms were comfortables, the hotel staff was very nice, especially the counter girl named Brandy, who made us feel at home since the very first minute of our arriving. The breakfast (complementary) was very good. The complementary internet and...

This hotel is very close to Fishermans Wharf and is therefore all tourists and families. That area is tacky tourists galore - so be prepared. The room was decent - and I got a great rate that included a free breakfast. Breakfast is on paper plates - in an area that was not well serviced. Witnessed a staff member open...

We were in San Francisco with family and this was a great meeting spot, close to the wharf, and with in walking distance to the cable cars. The hotel must have been filled to capacity, as the elevators were very difficult to get. We walked the stairs, but was unable to find our way back to the lobby without having...
