A pleasant 2 night stay as a couple. Staff was very nice and helpful. Close to the square and to China town too. Walked to Chinatown, cable car museum and back again easily. Clean and and a comfortable bed.

BART is the least expensive transportation from the airport to the city. Signs from baggage claim to BART are easy to follow. The airport is the last stop, so you cannot take the wrong train. Know which station is nearest your destination. The price of your ticket is based on your destination. Powell Avenue is the station if you are staying near Union Square. Ticket is $8.95 which can be purchased with cash, debit, or credit in the airport. Uber to the airport from our Union Square hotel was $42. Get a MUNI pass on your mobile if you are staying for a few days and you plan on using public transportation. BART is NOT included in MUNI pass.
