Wow! What fun Noe's Nest is! It's a lovely classic San Francisco Victorian home close to everything. Clean and tidy but most of all, extremely enchanting! Make every effort to meet Sheila, the owner, and ask if she has time to give you the guided tour. My wife and I are still grinning as we were mesmerized by all the...

If your smiles were anything like the one I had when reading this review, they must've been ear-to-ear! I'm so glad that you two found our little spot to be enchanting. It sounds like your trip to SF was definitely one for the books, and if you decide to come back, we'll keep a delicious frittata warmed up for you....

This is the second hostel I've stayed at who's owner is a Sheila. This place was dirty the food horrible and covered in mould. I find that quirky places lack hygiene and cleanliness. Gina will respond below oh sorry about that blah but next time you're in SF pay us a visit. No you won't and no we won't.

The whimsy and quirkiness of the decor is as described elsewhere. We stayed on the top floor in the View room, aptly named for the panoramic view east to the Bay. Great breakfasts, very comfortable bed, and incredibly helpful owner and staff.

Great spot to stay. Very central and clean. Quirky place but great atmosphere. Lots of places to eat and shop around. Breakfast was very good. A great private backyard to relax and have a glass of wine in.

Shawn, it's such a treat knowing you enjoyed your stay this much -- I'll have to share your kind words with the rest of the staff! I'm honored the breakfast and atmosphere were just what you had in mind, and I hope you won't be a stranger if you make it back to San Francisco someday! All the best, Cindy,...

The beds were like sleeping at home (and I have high standards). I awoke every morning basking in the feeling I was in my own bed, but even better knowing that a delicious breakfast was awaiting me down stairs. The owner Sheila and her staff gives everyone personalized attention and see's to it that even your unanticipated needs are met....

Noe's Nest is like visiting a favorite eccentric aunt for a few days. The B and B is filled with art and whimsy, the food is wonderful and Sheila and her team are the BEST! They literally made me feel like family. My room was clean and comfy and my shower was amazing. Sheila made many great recs for restaurants...

Noes nest B&B is absolutely not mainstream… The outside of the house gives the feeling to be back in the sixties, inside it is affectionately furnished – probably a little bit overloaded - but full with history and happiness. We were in the attic flat and it was very clean - we felt very comfortable! After reading some other comments...

This unusual, artsy, well kept, well located B & B was a joy to stay in. The proprietress, Sheila, makes a point of introducing herself to guests during breakfast. It is extremely clean and cared for with love. But the BEST part of the stay was the breakfast which is extensive and made lovingly by Carmela, whose various frittatas are...

We only stayed one night at this lovely B&B and thoroughly enjoyed it! Eclectic is an understatement! There is so much to look at, representing just about every country, religion and culture!
