Lovely hotel without the clinical decor of some. Rather spoilt mind as we stayed in their best room (445). With great views over the bay or Alcatraz and Golden Gate Bridge.

The Argonaut is at the far end of Fisherman's Wharf and it is a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the "nearly" free wine from 5-6 everynight was a great success. Ask for a Bay View Deluxe Room. The Cable Car terminus is at the corner of the hotel and there are some great eatling places...

I only stayed one night and my room faced in, ie no view. It was comfortable and I was happy with my stay but I wouldn't call it either luxury or a boutique hotel as their website does. The main thing about the hotel is the location which is really excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-fi in the room...

Fantastic hotel perfect location for Fishermans Warf. Great friendly and helpful staff. The Blue Mermaid restaurant food was teriffic and tasty. The clamchowder was the best we have tasted. We will definatly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Argonaut. Our 5yr old was delighted to be greeted with a pirate chest from which he could choose a toy. After a 14hr flight that was a really nice way to start our stay. Doorman was very friendly & helpful. Great location for exploring the wharf & then catch the tram into Union...
