My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. The room was clean but the curtains were unhooked from the rods at the center so that no amount of closing actually sealed the room from morning sun making it difficult to sleep. In addition...More
Our room on the 9th floor was not high enough for a good view but we had a corner room with western and southern exposure, a view of Twin Peaks. Our room was very comfortable and to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary the staff...More
We splurged and got a nice hotel for the weekend. I cannot say enough. Large and clean rooms we were on the 14 floor. We had slippers and robes. The walk in shower is huge. The cocktails at the bar were good. The staff was...More

Large, spacious rooms -- shared with a friend and did not feel crowded at all. Nice view of the city on the higher floors. Really enjoyed the lap pool and the outdoor lounge areas. Excellent but pricey breakfast. I happen to observe a tense interaction...More

Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Mourad Restaurant near the Palace Hotel. I think they've won two Michelin Stars? Entree will run $145, BUT talk to the staff and get a sampler meal which really serves three people. They let you share. Three of us paid around $175 with drinks and amazing dishes. I have to say I've never so many different taste explosions in my life at one meal.
