Mourad Restaurant near the Palace Hotel. I think they've won two Michelin Stars? Entree will run $145, BUT talk to the staff and get a sampler meal which really serves three people. They let you share. Three of us paid around $175 with drinks and amazing dishes. I have to say I've never so many different taste explosions in my life at one meal.
