Customer service A+
A great all around stay in a great part of town. Not a huge hotel but all the right amenities to include workout, iPads, umbrellas, free drinks, etc. very well done.
Beautiful hotel, friendly service, and the best location! ❤️ Hotel staff was ready and willing to help anyone with anything, and with a smile! My husband and I would definitely return to this hotel...hopefully soon!

Sorry, didn't park/drive. This hotel was so conveniently located that we walked to most sites/restaurants and took an uber to those we thought were too far away. Parking all over San Francisco is expensive, especially at hotels, and in limited supply so we flew from L.A. instead of driving. The cheap flight was less than parking!
