We thought this hotel was great. Our friends paid more and stayed across the road at the Sheraton and they wanted to move to The Tuscan. - friendly and helpful staff - clean room (not large but just fine) - super comfortable bed - fantastic location. We walked and ubered everywhere but you can also catch public transport very close...

This was my first time in America and our stay in The Tuscan was wonderful. This is an ideal location for exploring San Francisco being so close to all the piers and a short walk to the cable cars into town. The front desk clerk Sandy was very friendly and helpful and she sorted our queries with no fuss and...

Great location. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I like that there is a door man out front to help with questions etc. Great happy hour with delicious chowder and drinks of all kinds. Nice coffee near the fireplace every morning and refreshing water after long walks. Perfect.

Nice hotel, attentive and friendly staff, queen size room is small, the bed was extremely comfortable and our room on the 4th floor was very quiet since it faced a courtyard, Recommend the king size room if you are looking for more space. Location is great for first timers like us who want to easily explore central San Francisco without...

The staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable but are small and cramped. Almost difficult for two adults to move about. Beware of the "honor" bar - everything is for sale. Complimentary coffee served in the morning. I am used to more amenities at other best westerns.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Next to all the attractions PLUS Safeway and Cost Plus. Staff is wonderful and they get CSN BayArea so you can watch Warrior games. Parking lot right across the street. .

The staff at this hotel were excellent. Hotel was clean and the beds very comfortable. The only negative was the restaurant staff. Location was perfect because we walked everywhere. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are a good value, but if you have a car the valet charge is high - with taxes $72 per night (and there is not a self park option). Also note breakfast is not included unless you pay more. Regardless the place is nice, clean, 1 block from the warf, and the car valet and front desk staff were...
