Serrano is a nice ,, old time hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a $29 "resort" fee and valet parking is $58. The location is good and parking is convienent, but expensive.More

Beautiful old school boutique hotel in downtown San Francisco. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Our bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive to requests.
