The room itself was great...well the second one was. The first one the heater was broken and made very loud noises. Clean and comfortable...Lucas at the One Up restaurant they have onsite...fantastic. Simply above and beyond in service. As for the front desk? They authorized my card for over $3000 for a $1000 stay. When asked why that was, they...

Stayed 2 nights and this hotel is in a great location, to get out and about in San Francisco. It is within easy reach of Union Square, with great shopping, dining, Chinatown and the Wharf. The rooms are spacious and very comfy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wish we had stayed longer as SF is a great...

Rooms are on the smaller size but clean. Everyone nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really tasty and good value if you don't want to leave hotel. It rained during our trip and doormen gave us an umbrella before we headed out. CVS right across the street. Easy to get around Union square and Chinatown. Concierge helped with directions to...

Most horrible staff attitude ever and severe lack amenities. Despite ordering before check-in, basic amenities like toothbrush and slippers are not provided. When request from staff, they were unwilling to provided and impatient to finish listening to the list of items. In the end, not all were provided. Water has to be requested. There isn't any water provided in rooms....

The Grand Hyatt SF is in a great location just off Union Square. The rooms are modern and spacious. Views are outstanding, especially upper floors facing the Square and the Bay. The Mezzanine Bar was cozy. Service was excellent starting with Anthony at the reception/check in area. The only drawback is the cost for valet. Over $150 for 2 nights,...

If you're going to SFO for a few days of applied tourism, you'll know there's a bewildering number of accommodation options. Rather than go for the low-rise eclectic options down near wharves, we opted for the Grand Hilton near Union Square. This is a nice hotel, as you would expect. The distinguishing features I would mention are a take-away coffee...

Grand Hyatt at Union Square is always a good hotel in San Francisco with its modern spacious rooms. I have stayed here with family also and it's ideally located for both business and family travellers. The OneUp restro - coffee shop is very versatile with its menu. Pro Tip - Request a room with Coit Tower View

Stayed here for business. The hotel is located in the city and very close to big outlets like Macy's and other shopping venues. Malls and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is spacious and feels old school with doormen flagging taxis. Loved it, The rooms are well appointed if a little drab. Comfortable enough though with great views. Breakfasts...

The Hyatt San Francisco is a typical Hyatt hotel (overpriced for the value). The rooms were standard- nice and kept pretty clean. The location is clutch- right in the middle of union square. However, the check-in process was LONG. First in line, I waited for about 15-20 minutes before anyone even asked if I was being helped. There was one...
