I could not believe how much this hotel can charge for such terrible rooms. The rooms are tiny and dark and noisy! I couldn't believe how thin the walls are. You could hear people walking down the halls at all hours of the night. Tiny...More
After arriving at SFO airport, the Mosser is easy to find as located very near Powell Bart. It's central location makes it an excellent base for exploring the city as it's near Union Square with all the nearby shopping facilities. Staff are very friendly with...More

Charming Hotel right in the heart of San Francisco. Service was 2 thumbs up.
Room was clean, bright and comfortable. Highlight of this hotel is where it is located!

Desk staff are fantastic. Very helpful (no matter how many questions you ask). Room is clean. Actually bigger than what I expected for the price and location. Fantastic location when visiting San Francisco. I would recommend to anyone.
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.

Sorry, We take advantage of the bay area's excellent public transport, BART. and as mentioned the Powell station is close. around $10 a person/trip. From the Mosser it's a great walk to Coit tower, down through telegraph hill on stairs and ramps that go between quaint neighborhood then to pier 23 Cafe for tasty eats. We were there in crab season. if not the bloody mary's were good at the bar.
