One of the nicests hotels I have ever been too. Great design, very nice and beautiful rooms made with a very good taste. Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom. We loved our rooms which was really modern and luxurious. Very good price. Great localization at Fishermans Wharf. I will definetly come back there!!!

Decided to try something different instead of the Sheraton Hotel across the street from the Hotel Zephyr. This hotel is super kid/family friendly. With things for the kids to do downstairs in the lobby, game room and courtyard area. I'm a big fan of the recycled material artwork vibe. Great location! In the heart of SF Bay's tourist attractions with...

In the mids of tourist trap Fisherman's Wharf, lies this nice, calm and modern hotel. Spacy rooms, nice staff. Rooms have dart board, backgammon. Will return upon my next SF visits. Long walk to Union Square though :-)

Fabulous location across from Fishermans Wharf, recently renovated to a modern industrial theme. We stayed 3 nights, in 2 rooms, family of 6, including 4 teenagers. This hotel has heaps of potential but staff were not interested, and subsequently service was poor - at front desk, valet, concierge and bell desk. It was like we were doing them a favour...

We were very happy with our stay. Our first room was beautiful but sadly very noisy from the street outside. We requested a change and this was executed very efficiently. On our departure we realised that our traveling neck cushions had been left behind in the move from the first room. The staff managed to locate them and return them...

Nice place, right on the wharf, you can walk to significant tourist spots, or take the electric bus which stops across the street from the hotel. Family oriented, especially if you have older kids. Very urban and artsy. Friendly service. Met my expectations, it is what it represents on its website.

We booked at the last minute and we were a little concerned not having ever visited and read the reviews that were a bit mixed; but it was roughly where we wanted to be. It was an absolutely fantastic room and good facilities within the room, beds very comfortable, tea & coffee making. We came in on the Bart to...

Our stay here was fab. Excellent location and room was spacious and clean. Reception helped us with getting around and we're really friendly. We rented bikes to go across Golden Gate Bridge and discover more of the city, the bike rental shop was just around the corner from the hotel and reasonably priced. If you are going to Alcatraz make...

Friendly staff, excellent decor. Hotel has cargo container pieces built onto its walls. Also has digital displays of artwork in the common areas. Small but useful gym. Game room with pool and table tennis. Great tv setup in the room. Located in a great place on Fishermans Wharf.

We stayed here for 3 nights before we took the cruise to Mexico. We found the location of this hotel was very good. Few minutes walk to Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf. Walk to Alcatraz ferry was 10 minutes and to the cruise port Pier 27 was about 15 minutes. About the room: - A floor lamp and desk lamp...

Dear Littlesheep, I am totally embarrassed by the miss we had with your tub drain. This is not how we like guests to remember our hotel. I would love the opportunity to follow up with maintenance to make sure this has been addressed and we do not have this problem again. If you have a moment please forward your reservation...
