Room on Bay Street side quite noisy at times, double glazing would help solve this problem. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and great amenities. Gym equipped with all you need for a holiday workout. Awesome helpful staff, nothing was a problem. Breakfast and Internet optional at a good daily price.

rooms are to loud to the street side, there must be better windows to block the noise of the street so you can not sleep, its the biggest faule, the rest of the hotel is very good so please find a solution for this problem

We stayed there one night while we visited the Piers and SF sights. We stayed there with 2 kids. The noise from outside at night was a little louder than expected, but otherwise had a very good experience at this hotel. Parking at the hotel was expensive.

My room rate was $169 per night. After taxes and fees I paid $284 per night. I didn't know about the extra charges until I checked out after 3 nights. I can't afford the extra $345 and had to cancel the rest of my vacation.

Lovely clean hotel, nice font desk staff. Concierge not knowledgable enough and got things like cab bookings wrong. The hotel make you pay a $30 per day 'Urban Fee'. This does give you breakfast, but its not up to much. Dining staff barely adequate. Wifi only available with the fee Good location though, on the tram bus route, and restaurants...

Great location for Fishermans Wharf, The Presidio & Easy walk up Russian Hill. Luxury room with comfy bed & room furnishings, made us want to refurbish our own home :) Highly recommend this hotel for couples!

Not a quiet hotel! Do not get a room by the elevator. The windows in the rooms let in every noise on the street, even people talking. We were on the 2nd floor, room 201 and we heard EVERONE GET OFF THE ELEVATOR.

This hotel has been renovated but is a nice clean modern hotel. I would definitely stay again. The only con would be room lighting.......it's very dim in the room. Overall cleanliness, room space, and location are 5 stars. Great location to Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, Little Italy, and Chinatown.
