Located at the intersection of historic North Beach and world-renowned Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 2620 Hotel is the ideal choice for discerning travelers seeking a break from the ordinary. Because we believe your San Francisco experience shouldn't have to end when you walk into your hotel. We call it "urban sleek," our guests describe it as "industrial chic," "hip nautical," and simply "one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed in." We're unlike anything else you'll find in Fisherman's Wharf, which is exactly how we like it. Renovated in late 2015, the largest standard guestrooms in the area feature a meticulously curated waterfront-themed décor, with high-end custom finishes. All rooms include: Serta Platinum Suite II mattresses, 55" TVs with media hubs, complimentary WiFi, eco-friendly bath amenities, in-room safes, mini-fridges and coffee makers. Onsite parking (fees apply), 24-hour fitness center are just the start of what makes Pier 2620 Hotel the perfect home away from home.

Greetings Resort! Happy belated Valentines Day! So happy we could help make your day (and night) special ! Thanks for noting some attention was needed for your fridge, we've already been able to take care of it this afternoon (and forgive us, microwaves are available on loan, just request one when you come back!). Plus, all of our couches are being replaced in the current renovation occurring right now - we look forward to welcoming you to the new and improved Pier next time you're celebrating with your Sweetie!

Family trip. Good size rooms, but all the construction and renovation going on put a damper on the overall experience. I was worried that if I took my car out of the garage, that there wouldn't be a space when I got back. Limited how much of the city we could experience.

Pleased to have your family stay with us, Happiness! Over holiday travel weekends when we have a large amount of driving guests, we always waive the valet service fee for vehicles to ensure everyone has parking available.

Very unhappy staff other then the first check in man. Stayed there 4 nights and not one single good interaction. Staff either needs training, to be paid more, to be replaced or work in an other industry as everyone was depressed and condescending as well. Perhaps the issue is

We arrived on 16 Dec 2018 having booked a 4 night stay in a "quiet room" as we are elderly travellers. We found the room dull, dismal and depressing with poor light levels. The walls had the appearance of bare concrete and the furniture was steel cabinets as you would expect in

I'm sorry that you do not appreciate the decor, William. The urban chic design seems to be loved by some, not so much by others. I am pleased to report that we are updating and improving the lighting levels in the room. And yes, please note that we had credited your account with Hello World Services travel agency.

Greetings Murray, I look forward to clearing up your question (or refunding if indeed an error); but I haven't found a corresponding reservation under your name just yet. May you provide any further info so we can research and appropriately answer any issues? Pleased to do so. - Joseph Thank you for reaching out!

Hi I’m not 100% sure when the upgrades finish as the floor I was on already had been completed, I’m not sure regarding dates of breakfast however I just wanted to make you aware the breakfast is really average / poor at this hotel, I paid in advance for the breakfast however on reflection I wish I hadn’t. There are loads of places near by that do food so I’d try somewhere else. I understand this isn’t as convenient. X

Mandatory I’m afraid. No choice but to pay it. It’s clearly communicated but not worth it...

Hi GrammieG6, Thanks for reaching out to us and our apologies for the delayed response. Our AAA and AARP rates include our standard 24-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Occasionally external factors can change the cancellation policies on our rates, but generally our AAA and AARP policies fall under our standard policy.

There’s a “ urban” fee, it’s $25 @ night per room not guest. It includes breakfast. Not sure on parking we use uber from airport. Once you arrive, you can walk to most of the attractions. Bring comfy shoes for those hilly streets!
