Hotel situated in Tenderloin area, not the most enchanting area of SF. Reception impressive, decor a little dated in the main corridors, bedrooms rooms large, wood fixtures makes rooms feel dark. No option to eat within the hotel other than Starbucks in reception area
Stayed at this hotel for one night and regret not staying longer. Especially due to how BURNEY at the front desk treated us. Informed us on the area and about the city andld smiled everytime I saw him. If you need a place to stay this is it!
Old hotel, need up-gradation, rooms are ok, bathroom is small. Front Desk staffs are not fluent in english, noisy area full of homeless people. Not very ideal for family class people with kids. Location is great.
Best service ever! Shout out to Rafik and Asal for making my stay unforgettable with their service! They deserve more than five stars! I would definitely stay again without any doubt! it’s very clean and luxury! It’s a must stay!
bell boy was straight out to get the cases when we pulled up outside in the cab, was quite slow checking in, forms to sign and deposits to take etc etc, rooms were basic, but clean, i would say there is too many items of furniture and both rooms had 2 interconnecting doors off…
"The room in their website only!"
"Away from upper levels (rain in the room) and street (too noisy)."
"Ask for a room away from Market Street"
"Convenient location. Near City Hall. BART and MUNI across the street. A lot of places to eat. Rooms are very clean and classy design."
"Make sure your window HVAC unit is adequate!"
