My friends and I were visiting San Francisco for two nights. We all had separate arrival times, but I was able to add additional names to my reservation so that the others could get keys while I was already out and about exploring the city. The front desk staff was very helpful and adding names to the reservation was not...

This is my favorite Hilton property in San Fran! I come out monthly for work and I always have a lovely experience! Close to great dining and shopping options in Union Square. This property is always very busy, but the staff are all-around very friendly and efficient, and move things along quickly while also personalizing your experience and time with...

Dear Meredyth G, It is always wonderful to receive such positive comments from our return guests. We are delighted that our staff provided great service throughout your visit at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square hotel. Easy access to anywhere you'd want to go in the city. Great staff, great breakfast at Poached, clean and big rooms. Really no complaints! The pool is nice and the rooftop bar is amazing! I have stayed here several times and each time it's been really perfect.

Sometime Hilton has great deals for this hotel. While staying in a hotel in San Francisco is always super expensive, you can still find a deal. Of course, this hotel has all the Hilton standards and great location that you cannot easily find the hotel deal around $150, compared with all the others nearby.

This hotel is in a very nice area with a number of restaurants, bars & shops close by and within walking distance. The hotel however is extremely busy at all hours of the day. the lobby is very large and is always full of people. I have always been one to want a stress free hotel environment but with all...

This is a massive hotel, with good proximity to Union Square area. Rooms are adequate, very small but clean. Nice market area in the lobby for really good breakfast/lunch and other items to go. Lobby bar is also fairly nice and spacious and a good spot to grab a drink. The bar on the top floor (40+ floors up) is...

I have stayed at the Hilton on three occasions and its a decent hotel. A lot of people complain about it, but none of the SF hotels are that amazing. Its a really big hotel, with three different towers. The old rooms are a bit dated. If you get a new 'Urban Contemporary Room' its definitely worth the stay as...

I spent a week in San Francisco and again stayed at the Hilton. This time I was on the 18th floor of Tower 2. The room was recently remodeled with dressers, desk and multiple outlets with USB ports. This hotel also has the digital key option, so you can use your smartphone to open the door anywhere within 30 feet....

Great location! Cable car for transport & shopping are well with in walking distance! Lobby & bar are excellent! There is a sort of fresh market themed minimarket, but the food isn't the best. Around the corner is the best spot for breakfast, Ask the Bellman!

My stay at the Hilton Union Square started more than 24 hours in advance when I received a push message to check in. No problem I thought as I made a reservation for a skyline balcony room already in September last year. After several attempts every time ending with the same message that unfortunately there was a small technical problem....
