As the title indicates, this is a great hotel, in a great location of SF. My only issue was asking management to extend my stay for another 2 nights at the same rate ($315/night) I had for the 3 nights I had already reserved. Going to the website, there were clearly open rooms

Great stay, except for the construction work going on and more expensive than usual. I really enjoyed the M Lounge and its breakfast. I had a guest with me and that was not an issue. Service at The View bar on 39th floor was not prompt and friendly

Some of our hotels in the city are currently in negotiations with Unite Here, one of our labor unions, that represents many of the associates in the hotel. Although the negotiation process is moving forward, some of our employees are engaged in a strike to express their views. We have been preparing for this possibility and are confident that our team in the hotel will do everything possible to service your needs, throughout your visit. We have made some adjustments to our services to minimize the disruption. We do not know the length of the strike and are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Our hotel is currently going through a full renovation which is anticipated to end in late 2019. The renovations are taking place Monday - Saturday from 9am - 4pm. Our guest rooms and public space will be under renovation during your dates of stay. I can assure you that we have plans in place to ensure guest receive the adequate service with minimal disruption. We thank you for your understanding.
