My husband and I recently returned from Moab after a fantastic 2 week stay. Our accommodations at Homewood Suites were exactly what we needed-a suite with a kitchenette located right on Main st--free breakfast every morning and the "social" during the week in the early evening

Hotel is in downtown Moab. Easy walk to restaurants. Really nice pool, hot tub, social hour and breakfast. In lieu of daily cleaning (which I skip anyways) the hotel will make a donation to St. Jude's. Great program!

Wow Ann - that's interesting. I had a similar situation. Here's my post of an incident that happened in October 2017 that is STILL unresolved by Mr. Haughn. Before our vacation in October 2017, I attempted to make a reservation at the Homewood Suites in Moab for two rooms for 3 nights; however, when I made the reservation on-line, I received an error message. Additionally, I did not receive a confirmation email that my reservation went through successfully. Therefore, I was under the impression that the reservation did not process/complete. When I attempted to make a new reservation several days later, there were no rooms available. Therefore, we had to stay at The Expedition Lodge (a downgrade from the Homewood Suites and right next door). To my surprise, when we got home from the trip, my credit card was charged for the two room for 3 nights at the Homewood Suites. I contacted Homewood Suites to explain the situation and, to date, have been given nothing but a run-around and still NO refund. The most frustrating part is that the General Manager for Homewood Suites is the same General Manager for The Expedition Lodge. He can clearly see from his records that we stayed at the Expedition Lodge and NOT at the Homewood Suites (which he claimed in one of our email exchanges). So, I have decided after a year of back and forth and no resolution to bring this issue to closure. I emailed that General Manager today and told him I am no longer interested in receiving my $2K back. However, if he chooses to make a $2K donation to the Susan G. Komen foundation and send me confirmation of the donation, I will remove this post. If anyone is interested in the entire yearlong email exchange behind this situation, please contact me and I will gladly provide.
Yes on the door. One bathroom.

Are all dog sizes welcomed? Our well behaved lab weighs 76 lbs? What are pet fees?
? We didn't bring our dog on this trip- not sure. A quick call to hotel is recommended. Enjoy your trip.

Hello- not sure about dog sizes. I would suggest calling the hotel directly to get an answer. Even the 800 number won't be as productive as the actual hotel. It was such a beautiful and spacious room!

Are there any views from rooms?
When you're in Moab (which is small), you can see the canyons in the distance. However, I wouldn't consider this a "room with a view" where the mountains are right outside your window. I hope that helps!

"A room not facing Main Street will likely be a lot quieter."
