Everything went smoothly, everything was clean and worked well, the staff was very friendly. Great location. Skip their breakfast and eat at one of the several good restaurants nearby. Nothing negative to talk about whatsoever.
Small quiet clean room. We stayed 3 nights while visiting Arches National Park. I liked that we could park close to our room. I looked forward to the simple but adequate breakfast each morning and the Starbucks coffee was a plus.

This motel was very well maintained and everything was clean and worked well. Staff was friendly and efficient. There were several things that remind you that it is a budget motel: our room's bathroom was small (especially the shower stall), the parking lot was cramped,...More
I read other reviews of the Inca Inn on Trip Advisor, which helped me make the decision to stay there during our trip for the Skinny Tire Festival.

I agree with the other answers given here. Our stay was 5 nights and it was just fine. This is a good clean motel to crash in. Just needed a place to sleep at night and catch a shower in the mornings. We were out and about during the daytime and weren't planning on hanging around the motel anyway. Other recommendations for the area: be sure and see Dead Horse Point. Beautiful view! Many miss this because it is a Utah State Park and a separate fee. Well worth it. We also drove up to Red Cliffs lodge. Beautiful drive. Nice lodge and lunch.
