This Comfort Suites is within walking distance of quite a few restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Our room was comfortable and relatively quiet. Breakfast was a grab and go bag, but there was biscuits and gravy and even some oatmeal one morning. One thing I especially liked about this hotel was the order forms left in our room to be hung on the door each morning by 9am. On the form, you could order extra towels, shampoo, soap, coffee, etc. When we got back from the National Park, our order was waiting for us. Pretty clever way to make sure guests were taken care of.

Gave it 5 star based on price - I suppose some would just call it a 4 star. We got the room with two queen beds so it would be more convenient for putting our stuff on the extra bed. That said, there is a nice little sitting area plus desk & chair plus another spot where you can put a couple suitcases besides a luggage rack and closest - so very convenient.

Was here during "covid" times and they are handling it quite well. Surprised that 99% of people staying here were considerate and cooperattive. If you need anything you leave a note on your door aby 9am and they deliver it that day. You can also leave a note to clean your room otherwise they are not doing that at this time. Still serving breakfast, but they serve you. Of course, all cups, silverware, even stir sticks are individually wrapped. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, even beer & 7/11 store. Just a few blocks from the main grocery store, close to Arches.

Room was quiet. Elevators were fast.

Recommend.

We checked in for one night...and, stayed four. Everything was good for the price. Bed, T, Wifi, breakfast. Even the coffee is good! Also, our room had a small sofa...excellent. Only small issue: when it is cold out, the outside door into the breakfast area lets in a blast of cold air. I would post a sign on the door asking people not to use it in the morning.

I’m on the covid scared spectrum, but had to stay in Moab for family obligation. I called and made my reservation the night before (TIP call hotel directly, I saved $40!) Walking in to check in the front desk person was masked and wiping down couches and tables. Very large room, great for a family long term stay- double queen beds plus pull out couch and microwave/coffee maker/ mini fridge, big closet and dresser too. Windows that open! Very quiet, rooms face off the street. Thanks for a great stay!!

Yes, we went during a pandemic and expected some amenities to be down but this 3 day hotel stay was lackluster for sure. Although check in was prompt and courteous, that's really the last time I saw anyone at the front desk. I was told the pool was down, and there would be NO full maid service. If I needed anything, I had to fill out a slip of paper and hang on room door handle. I bagged the trash and set outside, and requested new towels the second day. They were delivered while we were out hiking. No bed linens were changed until we checked out. The breakfast 'to go' was ok. Wish we could have been offered more options but understand. Everyone was wearing masks and that was much appreciated. I thank them for the undertaking they were doing to keep the hotel virus-free but with so little to offer, you'd think they would offer discounts on their prices. I will probably not recommend this place right now.

Our 3 night stay here was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean and had a couch, microwave and small refrigerator (no separate freezer compartment). The outdoor pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was good and always well stocked (6:30? - 10 am): eggs (hot and hard boiled), meat (sausage or ham; biscuits and gravy one day), waffle maker (original and either chocolate or cinnamon batter), fresh fruit, breads, packaged and non-packaged muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, etc. Plenty of seating in the breakfast area. The staff was quite helpful: provided can opener and packing tape. They gave you a door hanger to fill out for what room cleaning you wanted - nice to have a fully refreshed room each day. The only downside is that Moab hotels are expensive, but this one is competitive.

To be fair we did stay during the Covid-19 pandemic. That said, some services were limited and the pool was under renovation. The disappointing thing was when we requested fresh towels they failed to deliver them and had to go to the desk to get fresh ones. This happened to us twice. But I think the worst problem was that when we requested a full service on our room, especially new bed sheets, nothing. I had a small hiking injury 3 days prior and a band aid fell off my wound., leaving a small blood stain on the sheets. They were never changed the entire time we were there. This was our 3rd trip to Moab and our 3rd stay at this hotel. Very disapointing.

We stayed here 3 nights and it was all good ! The staff is excellent Deandra , Andrea and Spencer were all helpful in suggestions as well as very pleasant. Breakfast was great and the staff worked well to keep the breakfast going. Good coffee was available all day.

The pool was excellent as well as the hot tub. The bed was comfortable clean as was the room.
They offer the choice of cleaning your room everyday or just giving you the supplies (towels etc..). And letting you handle it based on your concerns with COVID

We chose full service and the room was cleaned to our standards.

The laundromat machines are new and my wife was impressed

The traffic in front of the hotel got busy. Sometimes I would go to the right and turn around vs crossing traffic. Not always a problem but any hotel in Moab will most likely have this issue

Book this hotel with confidence

At a property that charges $120 + per night, this one simply doesn’t cut it. We checked in and were told the WiFi was down and would probably be down all night. There were so many guests using their hotspots that we couldn’t get ours to connect. The TV only worked on one volume level and the remote was iffy. Things that I could accept if staying in a cheap road side motel, but when staying at a property that charges $120 for 1 night, that’s simply unacceptable.

The rooms itself are about what you’d expect, average size and a comfortable enough bed. The front desk staff were cordial, but certainly didn’t go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Overall when factoring in what you get for your money, quite frankly this property is a rip off. I’d highly recommending staying somewhere else while visiting the Moab area.

Traveling with a group of friends all staying at the Comfort Suites, we seemed to be the only room with issues. The shower handle apparatus broke twice (supposedly repaired in between), the gap between shower door and shower wall was such that (in order to prevent flooding onto carpet of room or continued damage to drywall) you had to position shower head to face into the back shower wall, room keys randomly stopped working (a neighboring room complained of same issue), the hair dryer died. In order not to pack everything up and relocate to room across the hall, we opted to shower in said vacant room across the hall - good move as the toilet in vacant room flushed randomly on its own (this was reported but never corrected between the 2 times we required use of this room). The manager did try to make amends with 1 free night, but I can not recommend taking the chance that this might have been the only room with issues.

When we were there in the spring, we weren't allowed in the breakfast area. We had to point out or ask for items from the serving staff, who then gave them to us. They had all the normal comfort suites items.

Pets ARE allowed- for an additional fee. They clean the rooms so you would never know. That said, MAOB is not a very pet friendly place. You won't see many, nor will you see many in any of the hotels...maybe at a local park or locals who own them.

What they call SPA is a small hot whirpool next to the pool. Do expect noise and laughter from children playing in the pool.
