The owners at Cottonwood are working really hard to continually improve the resort. Our cabin was almost completely reworked from last year, with new bathrooms, ceiling, walls, front door, and spraying to limit the indoor pests. The staff, as always, was very friendly and helpful. Used Ian as a guide and he was great... really made our trip a success...

My son and I stayed at Cottonwood to fish the Bighorn. The duplex had everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean and quiet. Ian guided us on the river except for the last day, Phil was our guide. Both were were knowledgeable, hard working and fun to be around. All the staff were friendly, courteous and willing...

Hello All, Like savvy fisher-people, we'd like to say it stunk (guard your spots!), but it didn't. 😉 Trip Advisor "overall rating" - Excellent - Definitely. Details, if you're so inclined: Judy and I have been out West and beyond, hiking, fly-fishing, etc. quite a bit over the years. At this point in our lives we have more free time...

We stayed her the last 3 nights of my husbands dream vacation. It was nice, clean & quiet. We stayed in a cabin (the Motel) with 2 bedrooms & a nice full kitchen. Not many women, mostly men & drift boats ! I don't fish, but my husband does & it was a nice campground to hang out in. I...

So glad that you enjoyed your time at Cottonwood Camp even though you are not a fisherwoman! We have seen more and more wives come with their husbands and it has been a delight. Please stay tuned on our website and FaceBook page for more opportunities for non-fishy folks!

My wife and I stayed here 12 days in a travel trailer. I fished while she hung out at the campground. The place was amazing, nice sites, great staff, reasonable rates. Our stay was one of the best we had on our trip, 15,000 miles from Pa. to Alaska. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Would highly recommend anyone...

Let's be candid. This is NOT the place you want to take your wife (unless she is also a die hard fisherman). It is basic. It is minimalistic. But it has everything you need for a hotel for your fly fishing vacation: acceptable (but not great) beds, good air conditioning, and an eat-in kitchen with a full-size fridge, oven and...

Met many brethren at Cottonwood this year. MD and Judy from Texas and their minnie RV. Jerry and Natalie from Tampa and their solar powered 5th wheel. My wife Terri and I found the rustic charm inviting and the enthusiasm of the people inspirational. Come once for the fishing. Come back again and commune with kindred spirits. For big rig...

We have stayed in these cabins many times while boating at Bighorn Canyon. We have loved this place but have learned that their prices have increased and are now charging per person, making it too expensive to stay with a group. We had to change our weekend plans and won't stay here now. We are disappointed because we had found...

For the last several years Cottonwood has charged a base price along with an additional per person charge for anything over the base. This is not a new pricing structure this year.

I was a bit apprehensive about accompanying my husband on a fishing trip last summer since I am not a fisher. I am happy to say that Cottonwood Camp pleased both of us. He enjoyed his days of fishing, and I enjoyed my days of hiking, nature photography, and reading. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Our cabin was...
