...and great service. The location was the biggest benefit- everything within walking distance. If there was one complaint, it would be the noise. Street noise was noticeable, but then again that's not surprising due to the location. The doors slamming is probably something the hotel could do something about, but no biggie. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located in the middle of downtown. Service was excellent from valet parking to front desk and breakfast. We were particularly impressed with free parking in the middle of town on a busy weekend. Large comfortable room and bathroom and unique atmosphere.

I felt I was treated as a special guest...from the champagne and truffles at check in to the goody bag at check out. And in between I was greeted by name in the lobby. It was quiet, clean, friendly and charming. I will definitely be back!!

This is the only place we will stay in Asheville. First rate, spacious, comfortable rooms right in the heart of downtown Asheville with so many restaurants, bars, nightclubs, art galleries, specialty shops and more within a couple of blocks. It's an easy and enjoyable stroll to anything you want to eat, drink, buy or just see, without worrying about driving...

Stayed for 1 night in the Grand King Suite - it was incredible! Very clean and relaxing. The Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was second to none - largest tub I've ever been in. The room consisted of a VERY spacious living room completely separate from the massive bedroom. Will definitely be coming back for another stay. Would definitely...

We stayed here for one night while in Asheville for a romantic getaway. The only hotel with a room available was the Haywood Park. The location couldn't be more perfect. It is in the middle of downtown Asheville within walking distance to everything. The staff at the Haywood Park was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everyone...from the front desk, bellman and...

First, the hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Asheville, within walking distance of most of the things you'd like to see and do. The rooms are large, although like the public spaces, a bit stodgy rather than crisp and clean. No matter...the bed was great, as was the shower and large tub. Free wifi, a good TV,...

We stayed here back in December. The room was enormous. We had 3 adults and 2 children and never felt like we were on top of each other. The staff was great to our kids leaving chocolates in the room every night. Breakfast and the coffee house was included and appreciated. The beds were large and conformable and the location...

We stayed at the Hayward Park for the New Year's holiday. It was once a department store which has been expertly converted into a boutique hotel. The central location is a convenient walk to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Asheville. The room was spacious and quiet. The center of each floor has a seating area which provides...

Visited with girlfriends and had a blast. Location convenient to walk around downtown to eat and shop. Did not have to worry about driving at all. The suite was spacious and the staff accommodating. Very clean and roomy. Would love to go back and stay. It can be pricey depending on the time of year but wasn't too bad for...
