We stayed one night at The Inn during there Christmas Candlelight Tour. The Inn is a wonderful place to stay with just about anything you would want on your stay from the Spa to tours and of course there is the Biltmore House.

The Inn was welcoming with huge burning fireplaces in the lobby. It's designed with a similar chateauesque style as the Biltmore Estate. The breakfast buffet is better than average. The service at the Inn is wonderful. The restaurant there serves finer dishes and the servers there make the experience that much finer. There are other affordable dining options. The Inn...

From start to finish a great experience. We managed a low rate but we were treated wonderfully. Friendly staff and helpful Concierge. Beautiful room, great turn down service. Good restaurant for breakfast. Will be there again.

The setting of The Inn on Biltmore is outstanding and I am happy we visited during the fall - not so hot and beautiful foliage. The hotel ranked up there with one of the most beautiful we have encountered plus the staff was very friendly. While it was "high end" we did not feel out of place in our traveling...

This is the second time we've stayed at the Inn at Biltmore. On both occasions we couldn't be happier. The service at check in/out was efficient and courteous. All the maids, retail shop sales people, bell hops, greeters, waiters, etc. are obviously well trained and have the customer's comfort as their main goal. It's kind of pricey, but if that...

Every thing was real nice, but as usual you get what you pay for, rooms in the inn were well appointed, bed very comfortable very nice wall in shower.everything was clean and worked correctly.the biggest draw back to staying was cost of food, the two lunches we had cost over 50 ,for sandwiches and chips for two including tip.

of the Christmas package, due in advance, raises one's expectations. Things looked promising when the guard at the gate promptly found our name printed on a stylish parking pass, but what followed was neither efficient nor elegant. At six thirty in the evening--prime time in most hotels, the inn had no valet parkers, no doorman, no bellman and only one...

This is an exceptional hotel with friendly staff, but nothing justifies the exorbitant prices that these rooms fetch. There is a much more quaint hotel just down the hill. In addition, to get a decent meal, you have to drive 20 minutes to town.

We stayed at the Inn for 3 nights. It included access to the Biltmore Estate. We had to pay extra for the Candlelight tour. Breakfast was included and so was dinner for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Shuttle service, a Welcome reception, Carolers, Santa, life Jazz and all gratuity was included too. The Inn is beautiful and the decorations very...

We have visited the Biltmore several times during the past few years, even had annual passes. This was our first stay at the Inn. We got the Christmas package, which included breakfast, an ornament, admission to the house (both days) and admission for the candlelight tour. The Inn was wonderful. ..the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the huge fireplace...
