Loved this location and everything surrounding the area! Staff made sure to do everything possible to make my stay enjoyable and the best it could be. The pool being closed Sunday morning for cleaning was the only irritant in an otherwise perfect weekend getaway!

I like this BW property, just off the main drag in Asheville, convenient to the mall or Black Mountain. It's well-kept, quiet, with all the amenities you expect from Best Western - comfortable bed, great internet, fridge, desk, big hot shower, cold A/C, and a gorgeous lobby. From some windows there's a pretty great view of the mountains, too. I'll...

Very clean and comfortable motel conveniently located near I-40 and downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with dining recommendations. The parking lot is well lit and monitored by cameras at the front desk. We were driving a child to college and had a car clearly packed to the roof. We felt our belongings were quite secure.

I was completely happy with this hotel. Coming off a 3 day backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail, I was looking for cool ac, a hot shower, strong internet, and a pool that was large enough to swim in. Best Western had it all. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room, which was spacious, clean,...

Hotel and rooms were clean and rooms were not cramped. Linens were abundant. Hotel was short driving distance from Biltmore with restaurants close by. My only complaint was that the pillows were not very substantial. Kinda mushy and small. All in all, just for sleeping at night while seejng the sights, a good choice.

This is a very good place to stay. Clean and great beds. Staff was very nice. The internet is not the best. Quite place to stay even tho it is very close to the highway. Would highly recommend this Hotel to everyone.

This hotel was just an average hotel. The rooms where clean and up to date. The wifi was very slow. We where only there one night so that wasn't a big deal. It's a little out of town about a5 min drive or so. I would stay again if in town, just because of the value. The breakfast wasn't bad.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon This hotel is really nice and close to all Asheville activities. It's very clean and has everything you need....including a hot breakfast and additional outlet with several plugs to charge all your electronics at once! Granite counter tops, a pouch for your freshly cleaned remote, a comfortable bed, and nicely tiled...

It's a typical outdoor entrance style motel, but you can tell that they've put a lot of work into remodeling. Everything seemed much nicer than I had expected. Pet friendly at $10/night, comfy bed, wifi, breakfast. Not bad at all! Safe area, great location near downtown, and great rates.

The room is great size to what we have previously experience. Our room came with two Queen Beds, as well as a small sitting area, fridge and microwave oven, together with a coffee machine. The bed is comfortable, with lots of pillows, the air conditioning keeps it comfortable in the room. Breakfast in the lobby area has a great selection,...
