The location was close to Fenway park and Prudential Mall. Excellent staff and very clean rooms. It was easy to check in and they were helpful with any questions. I would recommend to my family and friends.

Despite the complimentary connection wasn´t good (sometimes it didn´t work at all), the overall experience in the hotel was awesome. Great location, professional staff and a clean room made our stay to be a very affortable experience.

Overall excellence, fantastic location, great staff. We had the king corner superior room which was very spacious and had a magnificent view of the river and the city. For the moment the only negative I could give is the noisy nearby construction which apparently runs 6 days a week.

Stayed there for the weekend January 6-8. Hotel is a great location to shopping sand restaurants. A very easy walk to Boylston and Newbury Streets as well as the T stop of the Prudential Center. Did not have much interaction with the staff other than at check-in. WI-FI was not working on the room on the 17th Floor at all....

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and in the coffee shop. Good location to walk to many fine eateries in the area. Not too far from Fenway Field. Clean, quiet rooms. Had a great time in the area.

Had a wonderful time spending my 21st Birthday here! Went with my boyfriend for the night with the MFA, Aquarium and Royale all on our list as well. With such close proximity to the T we were able to hop around the city with ease! When we first arrived (early) they took our bags and lets us enjoy the city....

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
