My girlfriends and i take a #GIRLSTRIP EVERYYEAR. We chose the Battery Wharf because of it's LOCATION!!! The hotel was very nice and quiet. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful with ANYTHING we needed. The restaurant was good too. We were in walking distance to pretty much everything. We even took the T, lol. I would recommend this hotel.

The service was terrible. They overbooked the hotel my first night in Boston so I had to stay somewhere else, after arriving at 2am due to a delayed flight, no one answered the phone when I tried to call the operator or room service all night and in the morning so I couldn't get the wifi password without walking downstairs...

Stayed for 2 nights at Kimpton nine zero and then later at battery wharf hotel. Much preferred battery wharf. Nicer lobby , comfortable beds, room had a better feel and looked out over the water . Kimpton felt cramped . The beds were so comfortable at battery wharf.

The service was terrific with each staff member I met from front desk, to restaurant, to bellman. With a wonderful location and great on-site restaurant, I wish I had a longer trip to enjoy the property!

The property and service and staff and everything were absolutely incredible. The extent that the person at the hotel that I talked to got us what we needed and it was exceptional. We have nver been treated so amazingly well. We'd definitely stay there again.

Nice property, the weather was horrible when I was in Boston and there was nothing really close to walk to. Would be nice if they offered a soy or coconut milk option for coffee and coffee was put out earlier in the morning in the lobby.

We loved being able to walk to all the North End restaurants. Hotel was clean, modern and the staff went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Bathroom was large and the bed was really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

The view of the bay is spectacular. The hotel is well maintained and inviting. The location is convenient for sightseeing and dining. The subway is just a short walk away which gives access to all of the Boston area. The desk staff was very helpful in giving us directions on how to reach our destinations and use the subway.

Staying in North End

Neighbourhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.

“My room was directly over the valet, very noisy and really reduced the value of my stay. Guests talking while waiting for their vehicles, suitcases and luggage carts rolling all day long, etc. I made two communications about it over a 5 day period and it wasnt addressesd by management. The room should be for storage, not a guest paying these nightly hotel rates. ”
