The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.

My wife and I came to Boston for our 5th anniversary and we stayed here. The staff and concierge were nothing short of amazing. They helped us out daily and anything we needed- they had. They helped us plan out each day and recommended tours and sites to see, but on top of that-

We arrived here on NYE, we went to The Last Hurrah initially for a drink before we went to see the fireworks, unfortunately the weather was awful so we decided to stay there all night. The food was good and the bar service just as good. We also spent time in Parkers Bar which

The Omni Parker House is a historical hotel in downtown Boston. Close to public transportation and walking distance to many attractions in Boston. Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Because it was my birthday they send a bottle of champagne and a

I get that the hotel is old. I don’t get why the attitude of staff has to be unwelcoming, which was my experience. The whole business of checking in online is a nonsense that is not honored at the front desk. The rooms are okay but just not well . Extension strips screwed to the

To your point, online check-in works well assuming we already have your credit card swiped into our system from your card. Payment Card Industry protocols also require card swipes. We understand this may be inconvenient but it is the best way to protect guests' data.

We spent four nights at this hotel in December. The hotel is the oldest continuously operated hotel in the US. Mary Todd Lincoln stayed here. It is decorated in rich, warm colors with gold accents. The lobby is lavish with dark wood trim and high ceilings. I love old hotels and

We agree with your that our location and history make us special and regret that our original Boston Cream Pie wasn't what you expected it to be. The recipe hasn't changed in many decades and people are often surprised to find that it's really a cake with a name from the 19th century!

At this time we do not charge a facilities fee but there are three taxes assessed at ALL hotels in Boston by law....the state occupancy tax, the city occupancy and the convention center tax. The three together equal 14.45% of the room rate. Please be prepared to pay these taxes anywhere you might stay in Boston.

That depends. If your reservation is for an advance purchase offer or through most third-party booking engines, then it's typically paid at the time of reservation. If you make your reservation directly with Omni or the hotel, then we normally use your card just to confirm the reservation but don't actually charge it until you depart. We hope this information is helpful.

Of course! We have plenty of room to store your luggage all day until you depart for the airport. Just see a bellman when you check-out.

Thanks for inquiring about parking your RV. Our parking garage can only accommodate vehicles less than 6'6" in height so can't handle your RV. There are some streets in the Faneuil Hall area a few blocks away that tour buses use for overnight parking and you may be able to park your vehicle there, as well. Please call our concierge for more information in this regard. Thank you.
