Great Hotel, clean, great location, cannot be in a better location. There was construction going on but they more than made up for it. Was celebrating a special occasion, and they surprised us and brought champagne, and cupcakes, and a hand written card. Also rooms have a balcony that overlooks the city, big fan of the hotel.

Nothing to fault. I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely consider staying again. I was allocated in a high floor and the views were amazing. Helpful staff and very clean. Overall I am very happy.

This is one of the more unusual hotels I've ever stayed in. It's built on top of a parking garage that also serves as the entrance to the hotel. You have to walk up a ramp in the garage to get to the elevator that takes you to the front desk---on the 6th floor of the building. My room was...

check in was nice and people were pleasant. A lot of construction (5 or 6 floors being completely renovated). Pool also under renovation. Had to wait over 4 minutes to get hot water for the shower but I assume that is because of all the construction. Very good location. Breakfast was very good.

I had no warning that the hotel was under construction. Half of the elevators were out for most of our stay, resulting in long waits. Tried to take a nap one afternoon at 5 with construction noise that sounded like it was right next to my room. No bar/lounge area open. Room clean but worn. Bed too soft for my...

There are many choices in Boston but if you are planning to do anything near the commons or the theater district I highly recommend the Revere. Easy to find and parking with additional parking garage is across the street if needed. Excellent dining and pub options are within steps of hotel. Concierge on site for assistance if needed. The staff...

My wife and I stayed here for a one night visit to Boston. We found a nice deal on Living Social, and when we arrived we realized the deal was likely available because the hotel is undergoing major renovations. The lobby is closed, so you go to the sixth floor to check-in. One elevator is out of commission, and during...

This hotel has great amenities and it is convenient to the theater district, china town and many restaurants. It is easy to get to from the T. It is clean and has decent views of the city. If you are staying Boston check out hotwire or priceline and get a good deal. I booked mine through hotwire and paid a...

We had a great stay even though they are doing construction. The location is perfect. The service was fantastic especially Jill who couldn't do enough for us. This is our 3rd stay in about a year and we will be back in May.My one complaint is that while construction is being done the elevators are very very slow .

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
