I stayed on a business trip and it was a pleasant stay for 10 days. Hotel staff is cordial and rooms are clean equipped with all modern amenities. I got a room on 35th floor and it was a nice skywalk kind of view. It's close to Boston Library and Newbury street which is an addon to people visiting Boston...

I'm a SPG member, so I tend to love all things Starwood. Large hotel in Copley. Decent for walking and right across from the Back Bay station (Amtrak service and a few train connections). Room was clean. I asked for a room with a view, and boy did I get one (room 3101 had great views, I assume the 01...

Stayed here with our family for New Years Eve. Incredibly convenient location and even though it's a large hotel, the check in was very efficient. The room was pleasant with nice views of the Charles and Copley Plaza but I was most impressed with how quiet the rooms were. There was a lot of activity and noise in the hallways...

I would highly recommend The Westin Copley to anyone visiting Boston. I travel to Boston for work every week and I only stay at this hotel. The staff is always professional and friendly from check in to check out. Jenn M. is the greatest asset to the hotel - she is incredibly friendly, helpful and she remembers absolutely everything (I...

We have just had our sales kick off here and I really enjoyed my stay. It does need a refresh but for the price it's very impressive. The buffet lunches we had over 4 days were tasty and not repetitive. There are plenty of meeting rooms and the facilities are good, comfy seats are important and they were. Great location...

We stayed here for a couple of nights before Christmas en route to Canada. Welcoming staff, big room with great views over the Bay, comfortable bed. We did the trolley tour, bus stop opposite hotel. Great shops in Copley Mall accessible through Hotel for some Christmas shopping. Bar 10 for a pleasant dinner in the evening. Excellent position for exploring...

Loved stay here as it's right in front of the train station and super central. Staff is very kind and helpful, rooms are very comfortable and beautiful views of the river. I posted a picture on my Instagram of the view, and the staff left me a note under the door with a complimentary drink at the bar - Excellent...

Staying in Back Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
