I've lived in the studio 13W at the 45 of Worcester street for one month during the summer 2016. It turned out to be an excellent solution and I can suggest it without doubts to every people which travels alone, for few days or several months. I highly recommend CAJ House. I lived in the Worcester House for three months during the summer of 2016. This was my first time traveling to Boston (and to the east coast) to pursue a summer internship. After running into several housing scams, I was immediately impressed with both Walter and Javier's professionalism. Walter always emailed me back answering my... More

I recently visited Northeastern University for a month. Hotels were not a feasible option given the duration of my stay and campus accommodation seemed overpriced. I stumbled upon CAJ House accidentally, booked a bohemian room, and it turned out to be a great experience. The management answered promptly and was happy to work around my time constraints. The guest house... More

Staying at the Deluxe Apt for about three weeks was wonderful. The location was really fantastic, within walking distance of several quaint cafes and bakeries, which made grabbing breakfasts and treats all too easy. (Render Coffee, Cafe Madeleine, Flour Bakery, etc.) It was also very much a pleasant short walk to Newbury Street. The apartment itself was gorgeous, spacious, and... More

I spent one month there (August 2015, on the ground floor facing the street) and was very pleased with the experience. I had no problem whatsoever, everything was as advertised, and Boston's South End is fantastic.

This property failed to meet our expectations, and as a result we were never able to complete a booking due to management's lack of professionalism. We had planned to book a stay for about seven days. The website publicly advertised a weekly minimum and maximum rate for 2015 which differed by two hundred dollars less from the rate we were... I am always concerned about what could provoke strong responses as this one. I want us to be perceived as the best in our business as I believe we have been for 17 years now so I believe it is important to clarify and correct some misrepresentations of our offerings below. Yes, the reviewer is correct: we were difficult and... More

Fabulous stay. Excellent location--walkably close to restaurants, neighborhood grocery stores, and public transportation. (The bus to downtown Boston picks up down the street). Short trip to downtown, and Worcester is in a nice neighborhood-trendy area. I stayed in apartment 5--perfect for longer stays. Clean, quiet place that feels safe. All around excellent experience there. Highly recommended.

I spent almost 2 months in CAJ House (Worcester Street) during Spring 2015. Both studios (I was in 2W and 5W) were clean, comfortable, with all commodities you'll need (Wi-Fi, TV, good bathroom, enormous bed,...). They're close to Massachusetts Av. underground station and about 10 minutes walking to Prudential center, if you want to do some shopping... CAJ Team was... More

Staying in South End

Neighbourhood Profile
South End
Stroll down the beautiful brownstone lined streets while capturing views of Boston’s tallest buildings from a distance. Some of Boston’s best restaurants are scattered around this neighborhood. There are many gems to be found, from jazz clubs to classy bars and restaurants. It is also home to art galleries, interesting boutiques, artsy stores and SOWA open market during the summer months. The South End is a true find in the city, with a more residential feeling than Back Bay.
