Sorry for this overdue review--I treated my daughter to a couple of nights at the Arlo Nomad on July 8-9 while she was doing an internship in the city; giving her a break from dorm housing. We met up in the morning and I assumed...More
Clean, modern hotel with fantastic views of the empire state building (yes, even from our room! Pic attached)
I think the complaints about the size of the rooms are unreasonable as it's very clear from the website that the rooms are compact. Don't let the...More

My friend and I flew in for NYFW, and although we were staying for a short amount of time, our stay at Arlo Nomad was terrific. The customer service was excellent, and the hotel is immaculate! I would highly recommend to family and friends!

The room was tiny no room to open case.
We were upgraded but view not special.

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Ask Amile. He will know. Also, I don't think all of them are.
It depends on floor and which corner. You can have a corner view of a brick wall theoretically.
This hotel does a great job at accommodating requests however.
