I recently stayed here for 4 nights while in NYC on business. I could hear people in rooms next to me at all hours of the night as if there weren't any walls between us. There was free wifi, but it was very slow so it was difficult to do anything for work (went to Starbucks downstairs instead) and I...

The room was completely different from what advertised. Towels were often dirty, I had to buy my own soap, often towels or toilet paper were missing and I had to ask for it. After I saw the room I only wanted my money back and find another place. The staff was incompetent and I never managed to talk to a...

This hotel is clean and compact, which for New York is the same regardless of the cost! The staff were all lovely, helpful and no matter what the question was they always assisted you. We paid £1250 for two for the flights and hotel (5 nights) and we could not complain as it fitted in with what we needed, a...

I travel a lot and I have never stayed at a hotel where every single person who works there is as friendly and happy with their jobs as at the Marrakech Hotel in New York City. To a person -- receptionists (day or night), cleaning staff -- every single person I came in contact with was friendly, committed to the...

Nice staff, helps with everything , perfect beds, only thing that I don't like was the shower, takes 5 - 10 minutes to set the good temperature. Change that and its perfect for us. I recommend this hotel to everybody

The staff and location of 'Marrakech hotel on broadway' make it an absolute must for anyone wishing to holiday in Manhattan. Upon arrival I was immediately taken care of, the staff made me feel at home and gave me great advice as to what touristy things I could do. I more or less interacted with every member of staff (reception,...

As a grad-student I was traveling alone to Columbia University and I checked into this hotel on 27th February,2017 afternoon. A hotel boy (later came to know from the manager that his name is Kenny) harassed me sexually when he was guiding me to the room. Immediately I checked out of the hotel as I felt traumatized and extremely unsafe....

In a nutshell this hotel offers the most cost effective stay in Manhattan. The location is great for catching the subway (only a 1 minutes walk from the front door) which means getting to Time Square and downtown is straight forward. Starbucks and local shops are very close by. We had probably the smallest room in the place but it...

Hotel Marrakech is an average, basic hotel. However it was the only one that didnt cost a fortune , in Manhattan, and looked descent in the pictures. So we booked it. The location was quite good. Starbucks cafe, supermarket and the subway are 5 minutes from the hotel. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are quite clean and...
