I was very nervous going to New York City and staying in a hotel, with all the recent media coverage of bed bugs and such. I had just had a bad stay at a Holiday Inn in Miami and was nervous about the stay here as well. They could not have been 2 more different hotels. Upon check in, the...

I really loved the large king comer room!! I paid only $85.00 per night which is crazy for NYC!! The hotel was very clean! I also loved the bed!! I slept like a baby! The one negative was the location!! Downtown is like a gost town after 5!! One more thing the Starbucks right next to the hotel is closed...

Holiday Inn has recently re-launched their brand for the better in my opinion. This Holiday Inn was really great in my opinion. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and made checking in easy. I was in town for a going away party for one of my fraternity brothers who is in the army and shipping off to...

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 2 nights and it was absolutely fine, the staff was pleasant and the rooms were standard for new york which isn't very big but we certainly weren't cramped there. We got a great deal, a room with a king sized bed for only $99 a night (it was right after new years when...

Arrived in NYC the day after the blizzard of 2010. Snow and cold outside but the friendly service at this hotel more than made up for any weather issues. The woman at the front desk, Elecktra Goodluck, was awesome! She did her best to accommodate our needs even calling a restaurant at 10pm to see if they were open (many...

We stayed at this Holiday Inn from 12/20/10-12/22/10. There was just the 2 of us and I had reserved a room with a king size bed. I couldn't have been more pleased with everything. The hotel itself...The staff was great! Very helpful and informative when we asked where things were and which subways we needed to take. Never acted bothered...

The room is small. This is the only flaw. The service is excellent. Everything is clean. Also, the price is pretty good considering the location.

If you are planning to stay in Manhattan , I don't suggest to stay at Holiday Inn Wall Street; rooms are very small and not clean; price is very high (our rate was 260US$ + taxes) considering the value they offer. There's no enough space to place your luggages in the room. Bathrooms are one of the smallest I've ever...

Nice hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable - 4 nights stay and had the best nights sleep in ages, and there was no noise. Location is good for downtown, seeing the statue of liberty, ground zero, etc, but is in easy access to the rest of the city by the subway which is located a...
