The room was correct and the hotel is well located. However on our first night we did not have the room we have booked and the baby crib and bedsheets were not ready... We ended up having them 45 min after asking again! It was 2.45am so you can imagine how upset was the baby! also we paid 40$/day to...

Even though this hotel is in a business focused location, I stayed here for leisure purposes and still found it to be well located to get on the subway to travel all over the city. Mostly the hotel was very comfortable, although the room had a slightly unfinished feel to it where some of the fixtures were broken or missing....

Good: The reason we chose this hotel was that the place my wife had to for work was a block away. The location is nice.. I would have preferred living in mid-town but this hotel saved us some commute time. Bad/Needs improvement: - Tiny rooms: The rooms a super small and there is no space to walk or move around....

The hotel was in a great location and had the subway right across from it. The staff at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. It being a NY hotel, space is always and issue but the rooms were very decent in size and the very clean.

Very disappointed in the Hotel, it was difficult to get. Taxi, the elevators were slow, , rooms were small, hallways were small, I had a problem with a authorization form that I filled out to charge my clients room because I was not going to be there when she checked in.

On the plus side: - comfortable bed - clean bathroom - cookie on arrival Things that make you pause & wonder... - why there's an imprint of an iron on the wall? - the air conditioning unit looks like it lost a wrestling match - the random dingy hanger which they clearly got from the local dry cleaners - why...

It's a hotel--nothing spectacular. Room was small, but comfortable. Check-in was smooth. Front desk staff were pleasant, and my check-in was efficient. That said, the lobby being on the second floor is a little goofy. Common areas were well appointed and nicely maintained. The price was certainly reasonable and reflected a great value for its location. I will do doubt...

We stayed two nights at the DoubleTree Hotel in Financial District, and while the hotel looks nice on picture, the experience wasn't the same for us. The place is elegant but the service was not. We are HHonors Diamond Elite members, and we absolutely didn't feel any difference in treatment with any other guests during our stay. When we asked...

We have stayed in numerous hotels in the city but t his was our first time staying in the financial district and this hotel was perfect! It's a small hotel and not easily found but it is very clean.
