After three good visits, our fourth was jammed at beginning by room assignment snafu. Be sure you get what you reserved. The desk was apologetic and accommodating, but if you request a view you should not see third floor ductwork.More

Friendly staff, great location. Convenient to theaters and restaurants. Cheap cab ride to Penn Station. Many staff members went out of their way to assist me. Room (superior category) was large, clean, and well maintained.More
