My wife and I live about 2 hours drive from NYC and like to visit the city every year or two to eat good food and do touristy things. This hotel was perfect for that. We got a great value on the room: $225 for a Saturday night in January. The room itself was quite large for a NYC room....

Absolutely perfect and stunning hotel. Hotel very modern and really lacking nothing. Room was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff incredibly professional, accommodating although almost invisible (and I mean that positively). Honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Pity I can only give it 5 stars...

A perfect Hotel! We stayed there for six nights over new year and it was quite amazing. Interesting architecture and perfect location (lower Manhatten). The room was big, clean and relaxing. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is a bit expensive, but also really nice. It was all in all a perfect place to stay in New...

This is my 7th stay and 5th review in the 5 years they've been open, and they have improved from the initial 3 stars. Two things about the Conrad that are fantastic and rare in NYC are first, the amount of space in the rooms (two room suites) and second, the unbelievable quiet. Partly due to location (no busy streets)...

If you're looking for a generous room and need space for working, look no further. I was told, that The Conrad used to be an Embassy Suites property and the rooms are laid out as such. There is a nice working/living-room area and a separate bedroom area. If you're in NY for an extended stay, this is a great hotel....

Amazing experience Beautiful hotel Great, Great Service . The Sales Department , was so helpful in accommodating many requests for my daughter's wedding ceremony which happened to be in Brooklyn venue. They worked with me all the way through and I am so grateful for such an amazing service and nice staff.

Thank you for the feedback, glad you could join us for NYE. We are sorry to learn that you did not enjoy your experience, our Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar is seasonal (this is also listed on our website), so it is generally not open for the winter months. It was open to guests dining with us at ATRIO for NYE,...

Oh my how I loved this hotel. The lobby area is a bit underwhelming but the rooms are so modern and with great views of the Hudson. It is a great location for shopping at the mall next door and walking distance from the World Trade Center and other tourist attractions. The restaurant is just okay but there are a...

I was really excited to be visiting the Conrad and actually spent weeks tossing up about being close to the financial district rather than Chelsea or Soho. In the end the river view won and the fact that on our last day we were taking a trip to the Statue of Liberty prior to heading to the airport. So I...

Stayed at the Conrad New York between Christmas and New Years Eve. Amazing hotel with an all suites room allocation. Upon check in, recognition of my Hilton HHonors Diamond status. Check in agent was very attentive as during our chat, I mentioned that it was our first visit to NYC and this was a late Birthday present for my wife....

Staying in TriBeCa

Neighbourhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
