I stay frequently at the Hilton Times Square and the reason for the five star rating is solely because of Raquel. Whenever she is on duty my check in, stay, and check out are flawless. She goes the extra mile to make a great experience...More
Spent 3 nights here, staff was super helpful from check-in to check-out, bell hop Robert even let us wait in the lobby till valet brought our vehicle around and came and got us so we were more comfortable during our wait.

Recently in NYC on a girls trip and stayed 4 nights here. The room and view were fine. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean.
By far the best thing about this hotel is it's location. It's central to just about everything and...More
Rooms are comfortable, clean, roomy and given the location, very quiet! It is an oasis. When you visit Times Square and New York, everything is dirty and loud. And in the summer, it's hot. Don't get me wrong, NY is a great place to go....More
Nice sized room in prime real estate. Very convenient to theaters and restaurants. Friendly greetings. Had especially great service by Raquel Woods when I needed two different invoices printed - thank you!

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the

affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

The Hilton in Time Square has Valet. Because you will in a hustle and bustle part of town (Time Square), Valet is your only option. As other commenters have stated on here, you may find parking farther away from the hotel for a cheaper rate but it is not worth is. My recommendation: If you are travelling in from town and taking your own vehicle, take into account the funds for Valet at this hotel. Valet will take the worries away regarding parking. If you are taking a bus or flying in, take a taxi or uber in to town. This will save you the headache of trying to drive through town and finding parking. You may also ask the hotel to see if they have a town car service they use to pick-up guests to and from the hotel. Check it out!
