Pros:
Location, price
Cons:
This is basically a hostel. One bathroom per floor. Difficult to regulate temperature in rooms. No elevator. No real comforters -- just a fleece blanket. Rooms are tiny, even for New York standards. However, I could deal with all of this,...More
Just got back from a weekend in NYC. A friend had booked the room so I wasn't sure what to expect. I love to travel and have stayed at luxury hotels to dumps. So I can deal with whatever the situation gives me. I knew...More

City, it’s also a diverse district with a vibrant nightlife scene. The opening of the High Line, an abandoned elevated train track transformed into a world-class pedestrian park, gave this neighbourhood new life as a tourist destination. The High Line provides visitors with a tranquil, elevated space with incomparable views, providing an unparalleled way to experience the city.

Sorry we arrived by train so don't know the best way. However, do be aware tat if you come in by train to Penn station it is only one block away from the hotel. Also as a hotel I do not recommend it.
