Staff is very important, and they were all fanastic! The room is new and beautyful, and we received an upgrade! Free expresso in the room, hot chocolate, and sometimes champain on the hall, are very kind courtesies !! Computers, wi -fi, all these is important too. First time I went with my husband, this time with my daughter, my sister...

Food and beverage service needs a lot of assistance and training. Think of the customer first.A little effort in interaction and care would go a long way. Otherwise the hotel looks the part and could be very good.

Excellent experience at this hotel. Will stay here again. Only negative was the restaurant- Wayfarers - which was not of the same caliber as the rest of this property. I would highly encourage the addition of some uplighting / indirect lighting - preferably on a dimmer switch- that could be easily played up into the wonderful detail of the white...

So clean, so modern, so convenient, the Quin has it all. I was upgraded to a corner room and was charged a cheaper rate than a normal room! Make sure you try and book your room directly through the Quin's website as you may get a better price and room than through other means.

Small, intimate but lovely. We had a small room with a great mattress and fine sheets. The bar is very nice as well. Pricey but high quality and close to everything, if by everything you mean shopping! Great pre-Christmas treat.

We were welcomed with warmth and efficiency. It was my partner's birthday and when this was discovered our premium king was upgraded to a one bedroom suite. The room was well appointed, with lovely Fresh bathroom products, remote controlled shades, climate and lights, free water and a Nespresso machine. Service was exceptionally friendly and meticulous.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Workout room is small. Not enough equipment. Only two treadmills and two bikes. Restaurant was OK. Will definitely be back but need to find a place to workout maybe get a guest workout program with a gym.

For a girls' weekend getaway at the holidays, The Quin was a great boutique hotel that served our needs. We chose The Quin for a couple of reasons. There were three in our group (mom and two daughters) that needed to share a room and we needed two queen beds...which is a little difficult to find in NYC. Also, we...

Stayed just one night this week, and I wish it was a longer stay. I was somewhat unsure about booking there, despite the great reviews, simply as I have the highest status both with Hilton and IHG, and so booking the Quinn meant no points and nights towards my status, plus no benefits I have with the other chains (upgrades,...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
