The Hotel was doing some renovations and we concerned prior to staying but to our surprise it was fabulous. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast had a decent selection of options. Pearl street which is close by had great night life and bar scenes. Also some good options for dinner. We...

Booked this hotel on booking.com for new year (I know it's a long time away but there was a good price on!) However, the next day, I received an email from booking.com saying the hotel wanted to cancel the reservation as no prepayment had been received, which I thought was odd as I'd specifically booked the flexible rate to pay...

Dear Charlotte, Thank you for sharing your contact impressions with us via this forum. We sincerely regret the inconvenience of technology not working as intended; sometimes humans still need to intervene and use the restricted options available (cancel and re-book) to make things right. We live by customer service and regret the break down in communication; we would like to...

We've just returned from another 4 night stay at the Wall Street Inn. We stayed here 2 years ago and were happy to return this January. We like the area and location is good for subways. Walking distance to World Trade Center etc. We arrived mid afternoon.Check in was smooth and we were allocated room 202, a corner room on...

After reading the reviews I decided to try this place. Big mistake. Less of a "boutique" hotel and more like a rooming house. Entire place smelled of smoke/mold, the breakfast was left out 24/7, mouse traps in the breakfast area, worn carpet, old furniture, tiny bathroom, etc. I had to sit sideways on the toilet, and I'm only 5'5''. The...

Dear Peter, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent stay impression; we take every opportunity to improve on our offer and will try harder in the future. We understand that it might be an individual perception but our hotel has been recently renovated and there are no smoke smells present as we do not allow smoking on...

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely small inn right in the heart of the financial district. At first I was a bit hesitant about staying so far down and away from most of the places I was wanting to visit in New York but this Inn turned out to actually be so convenient to several subway lines that...

We found the Wall Street inn to be clean and comfortable, with pleasant and helpful staff. The continental breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. This was a good location for doing lower manhattan. The only downside was that our wifi connection was dodgy

Front desk staff isn't that friendly. They needed an authorization form, and I had to run back to work to get it. After I did that, they said I also needed my boss's credit card. They didn't tell me the first time and weren't really apologetic from wasting my time. The rooms are clean and renovated but the style is...

Dear Business Traveler, Thank you for sharing your impressions from your recent stay with us. My husband and I stayed here one night in December 2016 and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations, as well as the excellent service and breakfast in the morning. The hotel is on one of the oldest streets in NYC and has an old world feel when you walk the streets close. It's within walking distance of the 9/11...

The Walk St Inn was an excellent choice for our family. Rooms are spacious for this size hotel, but with added charm of an older building. All the normal amenities are available. Staff was very nice and helpful if needed. Room service is available, but kinda pricy and the menu was on the eccentric side (lots of Crepes). Best part...

Although currently surrounded by scaffolding, all is forgiven once you enter the Inn. The public spaces are warm and inviting, the staff professional, the guest rooms ample. It was our first stay south of the Upper West Side, and plan to return. Some may miss a coffee machine in the room, but beverages and baked goods are available in the...
