Hotel is in a great downtown location. Directly across from the new Oculus building (which needs its own separate review), 9/11 Memorial Park, and 9/11 Museum. Gorgeous views from our 52nd floor king junior suite attached, which looked directly out on One World Trade Center and the North Tower Reflecting Pool. Silver/gold member with Hilton. Checked into hotel via my... More

The location is great, and with very easy access to almost every metro line, this hotel is well suited for visiting NYC. The Lobby is congested and not particularly welcoming, but that is not a problem for most because NYC is not really a location where hanging around a hotel lobby is a priority. We stayed in a King Jr.... More

The hotel staff was 100% customer service oriented. They did everything possible to make sure that our stay was the best it could be. The accommodations were very nice the views were outstanding and the location that I thought would be a little bit of an issue being so far downtown with zero issue with subways going everywhere right out... The hotel is in a nice area and has large rooms for the city. There were a few problems. I needed to contact maintenance because the TV was not able to connect to any channels. The biggest problem was the temperature of the room. It was 74 degrees with the thermostat set on the lowest setting (65). It would not... More

The staff here is excellent! They are totally committed to making sure you are comfortable and happy. The rooms are nice and the views are outstanding. It is a wonderful neighborhood that is full of life and real people after such a devastating event. We had a great time here and we highly recommend it!

New York was the last stop on our epic honeymoon trip. We had been travelling in an RV for two weeks then flew from San Fran to JFK. When we got to the Hilton all the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, when I heard the check in staff say "...you're on the 8th floor, which is a smoking... More

Worst full service Hilton in chain. My recommendation is to stay as far away as possible. As a loyal Diamond member you are more of a bother to them. Service and accommodation is the least of their concern. Many other properties to choose from.

Hello Richard, Thank you for your loyalty to Hilton as a Diamond member. I am so sorry that you had such a horrible experience at our hotel. As we pride ourselves on great service to our guests, I am embarrassed for the team. I thank you for sharing this experience and again, I truly apologize for the manner with which... More

Great staff. Great location. Quick check in. Recommend this property to anyone staying in lower Manhattan or even midtown. If you are a careful shopper who likes stylish clothing Century 21 is right next to this hotel.

My family usually stays in the Midtown area, since we love hanging out around Times Square. This time we tried Battery Park. The hotel was great, the kids loved the pool (one of the reasons we stayed there), but it was a bit of a hike to get to shows. The only reason why we probably won't stay there again,... More

This was our second time staying at the Millenium. Although it's located at almost the very end of Manhattan right off Wall Street- it's conveniently located by the Fulton subway stop which runs north and south throughout the city. There is plenty of shopping within walking distance and the 911 Memorial is across the street. This is a Hilton property... More
