Human hair everywhere, literally everywhere. On the toilet, on the towel, all over the beddings. I didn't take any of my cloth off when sleep on that bed, not even my socks. What a shame. It should be shut down.

We chose this hotel as it was close to our connecting tour. We couldn't recommend this hotel however as it was dirty, tired, service was unhelpful as they didn't offer us much help even though we had travelled some 30 hours after a long flight .Reception didn't seem to care about making us feel welcome just want your money. We...

This hotel was expensive and was more like a dirty hostel than a hotel with very small rooms. The location was good right in the heart of Chinatown and close to the subway and the bed was comfortable, but the hotel was dirty, we had a lightbulb burned out that management couldn't fix for days, the tv hardly got any...

The room was ok but a little tight for 3 adults. It was sort of clean, but hair on sheets and towels – maybe they need to clean out their dryer. We stayed on the first floor and could hear voices all night in the lobby and on the street – bring earplugs! The bed was very hard as if...

Very comfortable room for a short period. Not fancy, room service is good. No breakfast is offered at tbe hotel. The area is near to chinese restaurants and the subway station. Not a very bad location.

Awful hotel. No amenities in the room. No tissues, note pad or pen, no hotel brochures etc. No microwave, no mini bar fridge, nothing. Room was not clean when I arrived, stained sheets, dirt, dust and crumbs on the floor, the air con unit was filthy, the towels were only slightly bigger than a tea-towel and some of them were...

Staff was nice. Room was small. Tv channels not so great. But then again we were out in city a lot. Only two towels to the room. Kept asking for two extra. Staff had no problem getting it for us. No vending machines. Staff sells soda and water in the lobby. Convenience store very close for snacks. Traffic quiet. MTA...

We stayed there for 5 days. The only thing I'd be able to complain is the carpet floor. Other than that, great staff- they were really polite And helpful. They offer toiletries, including tooth brushes. There's a metro station a block away, só even when we got back, we never felt unsafe (we were in 3 girls). It's in Chinatown,...

The Windsor Hotel just gave me the single most skin-crawlingly disgusting hotel experience I've ever had. Two words sum it up: BED. BUGS. I booked two nights here because of the price (cheap) and location (LES). The first night passed uneventfully. The next day I started noticing bumps on my arm - many of them. I dismissed them as, perhaps,...
