Ive always wanted to visit this area. The hotel was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The kid at the desk seemed to know the area and gave us some good ideas on where to go. I think his name was Josh. My visit was exactally what I was looking for and I can cross

Very close to our NY office. The room is clean and quiet. The staff are friendly. The shower setup is kind of awkward. You cannot test the water without getting in first. Overall, good choice for a business trip for a day or two.

This hotel is wonderful. It is great value for all it has to offer. The staff is extremely friendly and the room was very comfortable. Valet parking is available and the neighborhood is quiet but it felt very safe. It is also a pet-friendly hotel and my dog was welcomed

Is the rooftop open all year? Thanks
Yes is it. Our weather is fantastic so it's usually always an option.

Sorry I can't help because I only saw my room which was Superior grade. Whilst very well appointed the main living space was quite cramped beacause the bed took up 90% of it. Otherwise I was happy.

What is the difference between superior king room and deluxe king room?
I don't know the difference between superior and deluxe rooms. My room was superior and had a king bed,but while the facilities were very good the room was quite small with the bed taking up 80% of the space, not including the bathroom. Perhaps you could ask the hotel to answer your question.

How long does it take to walk to the subway from Hugo Hotel? Is it safe to take the subway at night?
Two or three blocks, so about 5 minutes. We had no worries about safety using the Subway at any time.
