My wife and I spent 2 nights here in September. The overall impression is of tight spaces. The lobby is small and the room was small. It was a challenge closing the door to use the toilet. Also in order to see myself when I shaved I had to have my left shoulder partly in the hall outside the door...

The room was okay-a little overused and not replaced. The bathroom was moldy and had a hole in the wall. The room itself was clean but small. The location was great. It was close to everything-central park and subway. Staff was friendly. The price ws a bit high for what you get, but location is worth it.

Got a good deal on this on priceline. Rooms fare very clean and totally fine to stay in if you just want somewhere cheap and easy. Very touristy clientele. They serve free breakfast in the lobby so it's swamped around 9am. The neighborhood is pretty blah - the block itself is pretty bad (old fur businesses) although I did like...

Other than being in a great location, I was very dissapointed with this hotel. The room thaat I had was ridiculously smaall, as was the bathroom. Instead of central heating and cooling it had a window mounted AC which was right beside the writing desk making it impossible to sit at the desk with the AC running. When I asked...

We got a deal at booking.com and therefore it really paid off to stay in Holiday inn at 6th Ave. The rooms are small (but it is the same in other hotels in Manhattan). It was quite clean, great location. The service was averare. Overall we were very satisfied.

Just spent 6 nights at this hotel and it was great. Small yes, looking a bit tired okay, but very friendly, approachable staff and a fair price for such a knockout location. For people like me who just want a room and a bed in a clean, safe & well located hotel, you could do a lot worse in NYC.

The boyfriend and I stayed 10 nights at Holiday Inn, 6. Avenue. I chose the hotel for the location and the price. Pros: Location. Most staff was very nice. Roomsize. Clean bathroom with tub. View. Cons: Everything was stained. Lamp, carpet, pillows. Torn bedspread and big holes in towels. No cleaning of bedroom. We had to ask for a cleaning,...

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in November over the thanksgiving celebrations. I have a thing for a room with a view, so when we managed to get 5 nights for under £600 we jumped at the chance. Before arriving at the hotel we had a few dealings with their front desk and they were always helpful and...

expensive for a 3 star hotel,, tiny room, tiny bathroom, horrible view, I took my family there due to the hurricane, we live in NYC and we were evacuated, I paid 2 night in advance just in case we had to stay more away from home, after the first day we were allowed to return to our homes,,, I asked...

I opted to stay at this Holiday Inn for a last-minute getaway. I was aware that the rooms at this hotel were small but wasn't too bothered about that since my room was paid for with "reward points" and I knew that I'd barely be spending anytime in the room anyhow. Indeed my room for two people with two double...
