Yes, the rooms are small, but it doesn't bother me as much as the really small beds. I can't imagine how two bigger persons could get any sleep on such limited space, if two slim ones had trouble with that. I was staying with two friends in a room with two double beds and it really made me wonder how...

We stayed here 5 days. At first it was small and cute. After 2 days it was tedious. The staff was great and it was convenient, but the rooms are so small! It has everything but space! With two people in the room and one sitting at the desk, the other either couldn't move or had to climb over the...

Thank you so much for taking your time to give us the feedback. I can understand your concern as a leisure guest about the compact room size. Due to location, our hotel was built taller not wider, so our rooms are not too spacious. We are glad that you liked our staff and the service. We try to provide best...

The hotel is cute at first, but after a few days, it is tedious. I is very small. Only 6 rooms per floor. 31 floors. The rooms are small too. You have all that you need, but space. If there are two of you in a room and one setting at the desk, the other has to climb over the...

We appreciate your effort of giving us feedback. We look forward to get guest's comments so we can improve our service and take necessary measures to make it better. We apologize for room size being compact. It is something we cannot change but we try to make it up with our service and complimentary breakfast.

We were relocated to this hotel from another marriott in midtown manhattan overbooked us after having a reservation and said they didnt have room for us. They picked up the tab for the room which was nice but it was still a major inconvenience since it was all the way downtown. I travel quite a bit so I guess Im...

Thank you so much so your time and effort of giving us the feedback of your stay. I can unserstand your concern of being in a compact room and the consutruction site next building. The Finiancial Distrcit area is gorwing taller so the rooms of our hotel is compact. We are glad that you liked our staffs, service and breakfast....

Hotel is tall and narrow, 6 rooms to a floor. We stayed in a king room. It is very small, just the bed and a closet/desk with tv. No room for a couch. Room is tastefully decorated and bathroom is large and clean. Breakfast was good for free breakfast. Close to the Fulton street metro station. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed here several times because it is near my firm's NYC office. While certainly not central to most of Manhattan, it is convenient to anywhere one would want to go in the downtown/financial district, is very close to a major subway hub and the Brooklyn Bridge and the newly-cool Seaport area. Don't stay here for neighborhood nightlife. Rooms...

We were looking for some special deal to stay in NY for 3 days and will definitely come back. Even with a building under construction on the side we didn't have any problem with noise. Breakfast is great with a lot of options. Victor, who apparently is the responsible for the breakfast (at least thats what seams to us, cause...

Location is very good to go wherever you want in the City, close to subway so getting around is simple. Walk to many places as well. Rooms are not very big but extremely comfortable, bathroom is not large but again very well appointed. It's a great place for the weekend or a day or two, great for 1 or 2...

A newly refurbished hotel in the financial district, within easy walking distance to nearby metro stations and the Battery Park area. Rooms are clean but tiny (guess it should not be a surprise given the location). Good base for any trip to NYC, either for work or just to explore the city.
